I liked the demo and might have bought it if it were slow release period. But $60 for this game is a bit much for me when both Sept and Oct are packed with releases. If I'm lucky maybe Gamefly will ship it to me since I rejoined them for a month today since it was only $1.

It doesn’t have a Paypal option, and while it only mentions (and I only used) credit cards, Visa/Mastercard/Amex debit cards might work.

Depends you have to have a "international" debit card. If not I wouldn't even try a debit or it will set off red flags to your bank.

I haven't tried Amex but I've tried 3 different cards and privacy.com and none worked trying several combinations of zip codes and information. None of my banks have any attempts to run the card and it just fails immediately. Must be certain accounts that can get through for whatever reason, doesn't seem to be a card issue at this point.

Interesting, same here. Amex, USAA Visa and my Apple Card all fail toggling back and forth with local and US zip codes, everything else same as lilman's screen cap. Guess it wasn't meant to be.

Interesting, same here. Amex, USAA Visa and my Apple Card all fail toggling back and forth with local and US zip codes, everything else same as lilman's screen cap. Guess it wasn't meant to be.

Amex CSR said they see no attempts

Also funny that I actually use these cards in Brazil and Europe while traveling with zero issues.

What browser are you using? Maybe that's our issue?

Using Chrome on a Mac. Did consider trying Firefox on my gaming windows machine.

Also kinda interesting that when it fails, it shows the first address I tried. I've since made a few variations since they won't let you edit one or delete one. I always select the newly created one but after it fails, I always see the first one, which had a typo. Good times.

For the people having problems are you using your main account and just switching regions?  I created a brand new account just for that region, maybe that will help. Also clear your cookies.

I used my main account and switched regions. Paid with my debit card tied to the lowest tier checking account my bank offers. Absolutely no problems.

Created a new account. Maybe I'll try creating another new one and see if that one works

Thanks for the ideas. I have a balance on my US eShop account so I did create a new Nintendo account for this. Also failed on 2 different machines, one being a vanilla windows machine that was just built and had no history to clear. Very strange.
