Yeah, Black Friday sales went live last night at midnight, and most stores opened this afternoon, so it's probably sold out everywhere

MN9 is worth it at that price, but I've seen retail copies for for $20, same as digital MSRP, and I think at least one place had a retail MN9 down to $10, and the retail copies I think come with the Ray DLC, so make sure you're not screwing yourself out of the Ray DLC.

 
Anybody know if I can purchase several items together in 1 order on the nintendo website rather then 1 at a time at the eshop? I ask cause my credit card charges a dollar per purchase so it'll be easier for me to do a one time purchase with everything together rather then spiting my purchase up

Technically, couldn't you just add the maximum amount of credit to your e-shop account, and then just buy whatever items with the credit?

I often just add the "needed funds" option, as I'm just making one purchase, and I don't want "N" holding my funds, as I don't trust their shady online, but you also have the option to add funds in set amounts up to certain amounts.

So you should only have to get the credit once, and then your account will be stocked so to speak, and then you no longer need your credit card for each purchase.

I believe you need the unit for the serial number(or the specific number assigned to that unit) if I remember correctly, but "N" is so out of sorts in regards to an account system, that may have changed.

But I'm 99% sure you need the unit first, but after your set up, you may be able to buy online and download later.

No. I was in your shoes last year and missed out on great deals too. I hope you're set on the 3DS you bought because it is a pain to transfer your account to another 3DS if I remember correctly. I'm sure the Big N will finally have everything sorted away for the Switch.

I don't know, they love charging their fan base multiple times for the same games again, and again. With a proper account system, they'll have to give that up, or come up with some new excuses on why they need to charge consumers again for the same games.

If this was anyone else, I would say the problem will be fixed, but where "N" is involved, "Please Understand!"

This is a major reason why i've ignored them since the wii. Their actions just do not make sense long term in any way. Hopefully things change with the switch but there really isn't any reason to believe they will.

 
I think I'll get 3D Sonic 2, Attack of the Friday Monsters, use the gold coins on a Super Metroid coupon and get that? Is this a bold strategy that will pay off?
 
If you don't already have Fairune, Legend of Dark Witch, and Witch and Hero, make sure you get them now. Fantastic games, and they'll never be cheaper than this.

Right now, it's meant to replace the Wii U. Hence, Nintendo porting a number of Wii U games and delaying others to release on NS. 3DS will still be supported for a year or two.

thanks.. thinking of buying a new 3ds system to replace the old 3ds i have now (pokemon moon runs like shit on it) but if its gone in 3 months i would of wait

Reviews mention their being quite a bit of slowdown on vanilla 3DS models. Not unplayable like Hyrule Warriors Legends, but noticeable enough to be annoying.

The slowdown is mostly when there are more than two Pokemon battling. It wasn't bad in X/Y, but with the addition of the Trainer models, it's pushed the 3DS to its limits, ESPECIALLY in double battles.

To be fair, Sun/Moon lag like hell on my N3DSXL (the most recent MH one) and the Pokemon Red/Blue 3DSXL (both relatively newer systems) when a double battle hits. It's like it is thinking or something after saying to attack. And that is WITH attack animations turned off. (which they don't turn off the stupid Z-attack trainer move.. which are stupid)

 
When do the sales for DS end/switch? I'm a new ds owner. I know for PSN swaps/ends on tuesdays

Not everything ends on the same day of the week, which is the same as on PSN. If you look at the OP, there are dates next to every game showing when their sale ends. At the top of the page, I put in big text the exact time that deals end on whatever day it is.

If you're asking about when there are generally new deals/games added, it's on Mondays (Sega/Atlus) and Thursdays (most everybody else) with anything else being possible to happen the rest of the week.

Boy I feel like it's going to be one of those never played things but I'm really tempted to get that A-Train 3D... I wish there was a tad more video of it and any that wasn't in Japanese.

 
Azure Striker Gunvolt, hm, those two sales look cheaper than the pack.

Thoughts on that? My utter indifference towards physical games makes me think this may be a better choice. 

 
Are any of the TMNT games on 3DS worth playing?

Also, I rarely give recommendations, but Steamworld Heist is an amazing game. I didn't care for Steamworld Dig that much, but this is an entirely new IP. It's turn based, side scrolling, strategy - ish, and is one of my top 3 favorite eShop games (maybe number 1, because I can't even think of the other 2 in the top 3 right now). If you like any of these style of games, you owe it to yourself to grab it on sale. I bought it for $15 I think, because I bought in first week it was out & they gave a discount, but worth the $20. I bought the DLC character, but have yet to play that, so I can't comment on the worthiness of that purchase.
