Except that $2 savings really only means something if you were already going to Target for something else... otherwise the gas alone could eat up that little bit of savings.

Tempted to pick up a 3DS point card today in anticipation of next week's sale...but when you already own nearly everything you want on 3DS, odds of something you want being on sale is slim. #firstworldproblem

It's been out for a while on Vita. It's a dungeon crawler with more nuanced mechanics of Infinity Blade and the collectible/power-up part of Metroid, which is a fantastic game. It'll be out this summer.

I should have set my expectations lower for the E3 Treehouse event thing.   I gave them 50min and ended so bored I browsed the net and did other things while they droned on and on.  The new Zelda looks amazing, sure... hopefully the NX is a good piece of kit.  The new Pokemon looks like it's getting closer to what DQ Monsters Joker did nearly 10 years ago.   But... did the new Pokemon even have camera controls?  Seems like everything was fixed or scripted camera movements.  Anyway, I'm not going to watch the Zelda demo.  I wasted enough time being bored to death with Nintendo's terrible presentation ability.  I'll check back in some other time to see what is actually covered.  Nintendo just completely dropped the ball.  MS had a decent event, Sony was amazing (even had me believing VR could be very cool.. and I'm a massive skeptic) and Nintendo was like watching paint dry... except paint would probably be more relaxing and easier to watch at least.

... now to just wait for the sales...

Zelda looks good, so does Pokemon. That Treehouse event was an absolute snoozefest though and I was hoping for a little more from Nintendo in terms of what to look forward to this year.  

Sega 3D Classics Collection is great btw, if anyone is on the fence I own a physical copy and have been having a lot of fun with it. Physical version also has some sweet Sega stickers!

Yep. Oracle of Ages was the only game I bought from this sale. Already had Seasons due to some promo Nintendo had a long time ago, when it was free for one reason or another. Can't even remember what it was now. Already own the rest of the games on sale and/or they're not much cheaper than what I can pay for a physical copy (or they're, well, crap like Paper Jam).

Smash 3DS amd Majora's Mask are kind of tempting for cheap conversions to digital considering that they both trade in for $18 at Gamestop  (or $17 base at BBY for Smash) right now, but otherwise there's not a whole lot here to be excited about. A discount on some Metroid would have been nice, but of course it's nowhere to be seen.
