Nintendo's Wii Sports Poilcy

Hey,

I got my Wii Sunday morning and have been enjoying everything (other than the lack of component cables). Everything has been working fine, except Wii sports. Because of its cardboard case the disk came very scratched and as a result only works sometimes. This is very frustrating.

Does anybody know Nintendo's policy on replacing Wii Sports?

Can I call them up and get a replacement shipped?

Yeah nintendo is great with stuff like customer service. THey want everyone to be happy with their purchase and encourage friends to buy a system too!

I had that exact problem. My Wii Sports didn't work like 20% of the time but Zelda and Marvel: Ultimate Alliance work ALL the time. I called up Nintendo and they're going to ship it via next day shipping as soon as they get it. (It was backordered, but he said I'd probably get it one week) I'm a very satisfied customer. Remember to ask for the order number so you can track it online.

I am having a smilar experience. My Wii sports works maybe 50/50. Usually it says no disc or disc error. I thought it was my system since the game didn't seem to have any scratches on it. I'll try zelda later.

Maybe if all you guys get replacements Nintendo will smarten up and give it a real case.

They sent me a new system on Monday after launch, so, yeah, they'll send you a new game disc no problem.
