No Custom Title Option

This is a bit pathetic, but after being a CAG member since 2003, I've only now just accumulated 50+ posts. However, I do not have access to the "custom title" option. Do I need 50+ posts within the same year, or is there a glitch preventing me from changing my title? It's not a big deal; I'm just wondering what the problem is.

After you are registered for 365 days, and have at least 50 posts, you can edit your title in your User CP.

Is it not allowing you to edit it?

No, I do not have that option in my User CP. I think I figured out the problem, though. Even though my profile shows that I have around 52 posts, only 47 or so actually appear to have registered. So perhaps I still need a few more posts. Thanks for the help.
