I wish my walmart would get some of those 30 dollar RB2 drums in. I need a 360 set.

Football season is almost here, which means my job is almost here! I'm excited to start making some money, even if it's not going to be very much. How long do college football games generally run, including the pre and post game?

I think I am going to bite the bullet and just get the Rock Band SE. I have been wanting to get into the drums, but I hate the RB1 set and I want the RB2 strat.

And I want to say I fucking hate assholes. Whoever had the nerve to grind shit into the deck dry at one of my pools, I want to beat the fuck out of you. Who the fuck literally takes their foot and mushes it in there? Who mucks around in their own shit? You are a sick mother fucker whoever you are.

I don't care how pristine it looks, there's no way it's worth anywhere near $4500.

I checked (what I'm guessing) is the top of the line Contour on KBB, with all the options, and Private Party is ~$2800.

Even if it is a dealer, the SRP is $3800. You don't want to pay anywhere near that. The car is almost 12 years old.
 
A car is only worth what someone will pay for it, though. Well, without the only, that gives the wrong connotation.

With 4500 dollars I could have gotten a 68 camaro convertible. If I wasn't short two grand and worried about my job status there wouldn't be any could in the first statement.
 
Trade-in Value is ~$1700. If the car is in as good of condition as you say, then the dealer might have given the guy that much for it. Anything they make on top of that is pure profit. That's the price you want to shoot for. It's not exactly a good sign for a car almost 12 years old to have that low of mileage, either. It's not necessarily bad either, but it means it did a lot of sitting. Get a carfax too, they'll give it to you for free.

Do what you want, it's your money. At least start real low so you have some haggle room to work with.

Yeah, the guy's getting a Carfax.

Any car in my low budget has an obscene amount of miles on it. I don't plan on walking in and handing over $4500, but if I need to pay a premium to not get a vehicle that's pushing 100,000 miles I feel like it'll be worth it.

We'll see what happens.

Got all my music in one place and foobar is set up almost exactly how I want it. Now I just need to figure out how to tag all my shit and add album art automatically without fucking up my s??d?ng, and my library organization will be complete. This has taken more work than I thought it would.

I haven't rolled anything for a long while either since my ash catching penis pipe is super :cool:, but a corner store has phillies for 39 cents and I couldn't pass one up with two quarters in my pocket. Gonna go to the moon and finish up Batmangorang sometime tonight.

Not my favorite method, but I've spent many an evening enjoying a B&M and a 40 or two. Money isn't always flowing freely, y'know? Plus, when you leave that quarter-inch or so of tobacco in the bottom of it, by the time you get there it's absolutely covered with resin.
