No More Penny Arcade Adventures (this kind of sucks)

Hey all,

So it has been announced that Hothead and Penny Arcade are no longer working together on the XBLA/PSN/PC Penny Arcade Adventure series. Below are a couple links to the news.

So what do you think? What other games have left us wondering what will happen to our heroes?

I liked the first one, never picked up the second. I wonder what the adpotion rate of the game was from 1 to 2, like how many people came back for seconds?

This is why, unless it's being made by Telltale Games, episodic gaming should not exist.

Saddening. I ended up buying the bundle on PSN during the sale and they're really good games. It makes me sad that they're not making a third or fourth.

The $20 price tag really threw me off from buying it :/...I would of most definitely picked it up at $10. I missed out on the opportunity when it was actually discounted, but if they were to discount it again, I would pick it up, as it was pretty funny and the turn-based combat was pretty solid and simple.
