Nope, my desktop recently went down and all my iTunes shit was on there. :(

Is it possible if I buy something on my current laptop I'm using right now and transfer the game to my desktop when I fix it?

You should get your head out of the sand more often so you don't have to beg for links. That'll help you Google more efficiently, which will look nice on a resume.
I heard this song on House and had to hear the whole thing, then the video cracked me up.

And now with their hit single "One" is Three Dog Night.[/caseykasem]
That was really your first time ever hearing the song?

It's a pretty awesome song.

It's also used in the opening scene of Magnolia.

Have you already synced your iPod with your laptop or does it still think it's synced to your desktop? Also, can't you buy it directly on your iPod over wifi?

Nah, it still think it's synced to my desktop.

Yea, I can probably do that also. If I'm correct (never bought an app on my iPod before so I may be wrong), next time I plug it into my desktop it should ask my if I want to install the game to the desktop right?

This truck was driving on the wrong side of the road and almost hit me
Why did you quit the OTT, Hot Topic Walrus?
Not so much the OTT as the internet in general. I pulled my usual disappearing act back in the fall once college began - senior year meant grad-level classes and design projects.

Since then, I've just been trying to avoid the site because I'm somewhere beyond broke and am trying to not tempt myself into buying any more games. It's worked pretty well so far; the biggest purchase I've made this summer was from FYE's sale where I (finally) got Halo 3 for five bucks.

I'm probably going to be spending more time here, though - I haven't found a job yet thanks to our fantastic economy, and I've been bored out of my mind lately.

I have Xbox Live for the moment, until the beginning of August. Problem is, I don't have a way to connect the Xbox to the internet unless I drag it upstairs and run an ethernet cable across the house, from our router to the back of the 360.

I'm really tempted to reinstall Diablo II, but I'm not sure I want to begin that obsession again. :whistle2:k

They are supposed to be $15...I'll pay you for cost + shipping :D
So...gas money? I'd feel awfully stupid mailing something to Westminster when I can drive it there and personally kick you in the shins in the name of the OTT.

Ooops...yeah that's what I meant. I'll just give you $25 for it :D

Are they supposed to have Sonic the Hedgehog shoes?
That's cool, GW. Don't you have a super  engineering degree?
Yep...and most of my friends from my department are either unemployed, working at places they've interned, or going right back into grad school.

I was going to go with option #2, but my boss from my internship last summer found out she wouldn't be able to rehire me.

I'm leaning towards the second option at the moment. I was hoping I could avoid paying for it out of pocket, but all I've gotten this summer from the places I've applied are rejection e-mails. :whistle2:(
What's wrong there Chika?
spent the last 2 days really sick. they did blood work and thought i might need surgery if i wasn't getting better. for now, i'm feelin a lot better than i was but still not too great. this is wayyy tmi for most people so click at your own risk
i have cysts in my ovaries which were causing me to bleed internally because the hormones that normally tell women's body what time of the month it is, we're turning into cysts and therefore not releasing into my blood and doing there job. it got to the point where i was pale/green and shaking from losing so much blood

Yikes, I hope things get better for you.
Does that mean there won't ever be any little CorrosiveChika's around the house?
not in the near future. if we want to have kids, i'll need to have surgery to remove the cysts.
Did you just find out about this or have you known for a while? Sounds awful.
i've known about it since 2004 but it was (relatively) under control.
So in your panic you snapped a photo?
I was thinking the same thing

 Glad you're ok. I'm of the opinion that internal bleeding of any sort isn't a good thing.

thanks

yea, you and me both.
That sucks, Chika. Hopefully you can get better without the need for surgery.
i'll second that. the doctor said if the bleeding doesn't 100% stop over the weekend, i'll need some sort of procedure.

I got warned over at wh?t for calling out a dude that said that Obama was a sick man and that atheism was a way of life.

Yikes, I think My mom had the same problem a while back. (I Had to drive her, and listen to every detail of what was wrong :puke:)

she got the problem fixed with a few outpatient procedures, and some antibiotics that really reeked havoc on her system, although she needs regular checkups to see if any cysts have returned.

i don't need antibiotics because there isn't any infection, but i do need to take various hormone supplements and am going to need periodic blood work to monitor shit.
