Apparently not. Though I wasn't about to start one myself.

EDIT: Well now this post makes absolutely no sense.

EDIT2: Goddamnit Jimmie. :bomb:
^^^ Dane Cook? It sounds like something he'd say.
You need to hear his "Harmful if Swallowed" CD.

i have this thing called a Shark-Rocket..

-edit-
the whole joke:
"Yeah, I like to go play in the sea and fuck with the sharks. I have this thing called a shark rocket that I fire at them, and then they come at me and I have fun eluding them. I know this hip move, it's a thing that porpises do. I pretend I have a bottlenose and smash them in the gills. It's really quite effective. "

Hopefully my DS will have come while I was at work today. I'm interested in playing around with it later tonight.

What games do you have/will you get for it?

I have SM64DS and that's it so far. However, in the upcoming weeks, I'm planning on getting Warioware, Nintendogs, Kirby, and maybe Meteos. I'm not too sure about Meteos.

Meteos is quite fun. I prefer it to lumines, but both got old after a month or so imo. Of course, i switched from wanting to play puzzle games all the time to Racers, so i cant vouch for too much.

Also, I would almost suggest yoshi over Kirby. Kirby is fun but short, and has plenty of unlockables, but those unlockables just go twards playing the game through again just with different colors or balls (he he).
Yoshi has two types of gameplay. The first and semi annoying one is trying to get as many coins/points as baby mario falls from the sky. That section you can skip if you already beat it if you lose in the second part. The second part has Yoshi in full Yoshi's Island form. Its a non-stop randomly generated world that has no end. I think the reason i prefer it to Kirby is that i can actually aim for something and try and beat it, where as Kirby is a designated last level.

I think i feel like rambling today...damn...

Oh, and if you like Bejeweled on PC, Zoo Keeper is a variation of that.

Well I just got back from my dentist. Boy is my Hygentist hot.

Dane Cook is one of the funniest people alive. Harmful if Swallowed is gold.

I want to go and just live in that place for a week. But only if they bring back the cheesy bean & rice.

grr I hate one of my room-mates... he's rarely here, but when he is he manages to piss me off everyway possible. He throw out my precious coupons for Steak and Shake that I had on the counter along with Sonic and Arby's.
He also stole my boyfriend's flip-flops for the 20th time. It wouldn't be so bad if he brought them back, but noooooo.
Also this is annoying as well, there are 2 large bookshelves in the common area, one is my boyfriend's covered in books, like the shelves are bowing there's so many books. And then the other is this room-mate I'm pissed off at, to display his games, meaning one row deep games. When my room-mate cleans the common area, he tends to toss everything on my boyfriend's shelf, whether it's his or any of my other room-mates. Like once I decided I wanted something displayed on mine in the common area so I put some of my D&D books on the coffee table. The next day he has thrown them on my boyfrien'ds shelf and rearanged it back so his two books were the only books on the coffee table. GOD FORBID I want something in our common area, now that I have guests over and I want them to know I live here too!
If I wasn't so afraid of confrontation I'd start taking his precious games and moving them. Or just dumping all his games onto the couch and filling his bookshelf with my crap.
Remind me never to live with my boyfriend's best friend again. At least my boyfriend sides with me on most cases.

They'd chase you out for making the place a level 5 EPA biohazard with that much noxious fumes around the place.

Ahh, roommates. You just reminded me how much I hate them. The constant struggle for supremacy, the messes, the smells, the weird people at weird times. I don't miss it at all. Besides, my new roommate (wife) is way hotter.

Within a year I will be moving out with my boyfriend. And I long for that day.

Man...

my roommate really sucked.

I totally forgot about him not paying his bills on time. Wanting to break the lease.

Hmm...no wonder my brain supressed all those memories. I'm getting re-angry over the whole thing.

Sorry. My other room-mate is like that. He always wants to pay on Friday because that's when he gets paid and almost every single time, that's late. He gets to pay the 50 dollar late fee. Last time, he conviently lost his paycheck and we had to pay a week late. It makes me worry that when I go to get another apartment is these late fees will show up and make it hard for me to get another place.
He owes my boyfriend over 300 dollars for covering bills and rent. He takes total advantage too. I've had to cover his ass and I don't even have a job.
So both my room-mates manage to piss me off in different ways.

This year aint over yet (well it is but I hold out hope for a miracle). I don't know if they will change crews at the end of the year or not. I am really excited next year when Truex comes up.

Those late pays will be an issue when you move to another place. Especially if there's more than one of them. Might cause you to pay higher rent, have less of a window of a "grace period" if any, or might not have the place rent to you.

Well I had an almost flawless record at the place before that I was there 2 years. It was individual lease and the only time I was late was because my room-mate was heading out to pay her lease before going to dinner so I handed her my check to drop off and she fucking forgot to drop-off both our checks.

Yes. This is true. I always like to do a background check on a potential renter and see his credit history as well as call up past landlords. If he has a history of late payments, I usually don't give him my normal 1 month grace. I start them off with a 3 week grace. If their payments are all on time after 1 year, only then do they get the full 1 month. If they're late once and they're on the 3week grace, I move them down to 2 weeks. After a 2nd incident, 3 days. After that, I simply will look for another tenant with more reliability. If need be, I will fully use whatever legal means to have that person evicted.

That's a pretty nice grace period you're offering. Mine is 5 days, technically the morning of the 6th day (like 7AM).

When you're using on-time, do you include the grace period in the time to consider it on-time, or is that just their extra cushion window? Mine does because it's so small of a grace period, though with one that big, I could see that being an issue for some other places.

How far back would you go to check on reliability of on-time payments? 3 years? 5 years?

See I knew this and I raised all hell when he was late with the money. I mean seriously, everyone knows when the first of the month is. He knows when he gets paid, but somehow the money disappears. I have a limited amount of money so I can't cover him, because I know I won't get the money his next paycheck or even before next rent. He's an irresponsible asshole.

For on-timers, the grace period is one month after the day of required payment (usually the 1st of the month to make things simpler to remember). So if you were a renter and your rent was owed on August. 1st, you'd have until Sept. 1 to pay both August AND Sept. Once you miss one payment, you go on the 3 week, and then the regular setup. I usually try to check back as far back as I can legally go. If I notice that a guy was late all the time 6 yrs ago but then was on-time for 2 years straight recently, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and put'em on the 1-month deal. But it's not a ratio. He's gotta at least have 2 years of on-time payment for me to consider that 1 month. The reason it's so lenient is that I've been at that stage before where I've been late so it's just me passing on some goodness along.
Must be a hell of an apartment.
3 bedroom/2 bath 820 a month. (first 6 months half price) 1253 square feet.

My fiancee and I have the master bedroom and master bath, which seemed only logical to us, but inconsiderate dick thought he deserved all the hall closet space because he is living in such a small room... and which makes him think he deserves all the common area. My fiancee and I together make up half the rent.

It's logical that we'd get the master bedroom to split, right?
