Norcent DCS-1050 - 10.0 MP - $70

The specs seem good... up to 1600 iso, lithium ion battery, 3x optical, 3.0" lcd.... A great deal for anyone interested in a high MP camera. Just keep in mind megapixels aren't everything, and a Canon or Fuji will have a much higher quality CCD even at a lower MP as well as better lens optics.
 
I got my sister this a while ago (older version) Camera was pretty good for $100 new @ walmart, the time I spent on it and using it I felt satisfied.

Fuji has amazing cameras. If anyone cares Circuit City dropped this camera down from $229.99 to $149.99 the optical zoom is what sold me and the picture detail is amazing.
