All of the prices are 25% off of the original MSRP's. The sign was handwritten, wo I'm assuming that this deal is for the Northgate store only.
Note that the sale does not include the standard edition of Halo 3, the Halo 3 360 console, or the Halo 3 wireless headset.
When I was there, there were only two Legendary Edition boxes out on the floor, but I bet they have more.
