I remembered when I tried to make a payment through payment using a credits they asked if I wanted to pay the credit card fee or make the recipient pay for it, after I saw that I just used my bank account to pay for items on paypal and I expected others to do the same for my items since they don't charge some kind of service fee on that, however when someone sends payment for something like a points card then I'd much rather go through amazon payment since there is really no fee when you deposit into your bank account but if they choose to pay with paypal then I ask if they are willing to pay an extra 3% before completing transaction.

You cannot ask for additional fees or surcharges when using Paypal. What you're proposing with "if they choose to pay with paypal then I ask if they are willing to pay an extra 3% before completing transaction." is just that. If you use Amazon Payments and Paypal for payment methods, the amount to be paid to you has to be same, without exception. You can't surcharge someone for using Paypal, without exception.

If you don't want to deal with this issue, then don't take Paypal.
 
just saw your post in my thread from the 11th (sorry havent been to my thread in a while) but im not seeing anything id want to trade those games for.
