But why the $17 starting bid? Either trust that it will go up and start it at 99 cents, or put it at $24.99 at least (since that would be the same listing fee as $17). That way you'll protect your BIN for a bit longer too. I would never list something with that much "spread" between the starting bid and the BIN, or otherwise the BIN is pretty useless - though yours has sat there for a while so someone could have snagged it I guess.

I think you still have time to revise it - you could bump the starting bid up a bit.
