November Spawned an OTT

Nice. Somebody came and took out all of the weeds in my backyard while I was away. Now I just have a dirt backyard. :whistle2:(

Got the Heroes Season 1 DVD set at BB last night along with the PS3 Memory Card Adapter at CC. I'll probably pick up Prison Break Season 2 this week.

I was really happy to see Michigan get beat yesterday. Making it a close game made it all the better. :D

I'm just got the most polite and concise XBL friend request.

"Hello, this is XXXXX from the Cheap Ass Gamer forums. I was wondering if you would like to be my friend on Xbox Live, so that we may play the Call of Duty 4 multiplayer beta together. Okay, thank you."

I'm a little scared.

"Could I get an invite to the Halo 2 custom game, please?"

Must not be from someone in the OTT. There's no mention of "nig" "nucca" "book" "fridge lifting" or "chad warden".

Whoa, you can play Lair on the PSP.
First full game that can be played via remote play, more PS3 games NEED to do this!

My question is why would you even bother. I don't imagine playing a PS3 game with only 6 buttons and an analog nub is all to practical. And of course paying $600 to play a game on a 3 inch screen doesn't scream wasteful at all

You can play it at any internet hotspot.

And of course, not every game is going to be suited for PSP play.

Shouldn't rag on a feature just cause it doesn't suit you.
If I could play a few rounds of some simple puzzle game while I'm at school, or wherever, why not?

This is already in addition to my ability to stream all my music, videos, and pictures from the PS3, and PC on my PSP.
As well as setting it up to download new demos and videos so they'll be ready when I get home.

It makes sense for small downloadable games because the experience is comparable to a handheld game but for full games like Lair it just doesn't seem all to practical. So what if you can play it at any hotspot, just because it can be done doesn't mean it should. I'd rather wait to play it when I get home than sacrifice gameplay for the convenience of playing it anywhere. If it was the other way around, I'd be all for it. I'd love to play my PSP games on a big screen tv through the PS3 with a controller.

Lair was not meant to be played on the PSP, the devs just forgot to lock this up.
Just a preview of what is going to happen.

There's already that downloadable cat game in Japan on PS3 that works on PSP. Having played it via remote play myself, it works very well!
Wonder if my nips are bannable.

Probably not, if Kayden didn't get banned.
Oh there's so many things to choose from. The fact that he's looking for a picture rating site for reasons uknown. The fact that his av and sig are doused with "some girl he knows". And the biggest factor .. he posted his picture and he looks like an alien.

I'm watching a dvr-ed episode of Cops from last night and this dude getting arrested looks like a cross between Mitch Hedburg and Sawyer from Lost.
Ninja edit.
Que?

Oooh, RPGS would work well with remote play to get some time in away from home. Most don't have fancy controls.

Does not compute, Strell.

I caught a few minutes, is it the guy with the syringe and cocaine?

Hey Dallow, if I were to purchase Monster Hunter (for ps2) would I be able to play online with it with the ps3?

I know it's premature. I didn't mean to sound like I was putting down the entire feautre before it even got a chance to take off.

What I did read about Lair that sounded pretty cool was that you could plug in a usb controller and the game will map the sixaxis feature onto the analog sticks.

 Why yes it was. I take it you saw that episode then. His gf's face was beat but she had a great rack.
Hey Dallow, if I were to purchase Monster Hunter (for ps2) would I be able to play online with it with the ps3?
Yup, I believe all online PS2 games work, depending on whether the games are still online (servers up, players) etc.

I was playing RE Outbreak for a little while a couple days ago.
Also tested Battlefield 2.

Yeah, I think it's also a glitch! Hehe.
Lair could have been great.
Most people who've played it on various forums find it pretty enjoyable at least, and the presentation is top notch.

Kinda reminds me to play God Hand even though it was slammed pretty hard.

Yes she does. "It's not mine!"

For something like RE, does it recognize the PS3 harddrive?

I wish I would've bought MH instead of Resistance. I think I'll return it. I wasnt even aware of the $10 off used games coupon (at Gamestop).
For something like RE, does it recognize the PS3 harddrive?
For that game, it didn't seem to unfortunately.
Loading was hell.

Aw damn, found my old PSX games!
In there are my mint Lunar, Wild Arms, Xenogears, all the FFs.

Found my Shenmue personally signed by Yu Suzuki!!!!!
YES!

I should get a job at Gamestop so I can take all the free shit.

Really want this Mario Kart stylus on eBay but $14 is too much.

If you do that, please get me some Mass Effect shit.

(great book by the way .. I'm recommending it yet again)

Wonder what their age limit is.

I swear I'm more knowledgeable than 99% of the Gamestop employees around here. One dude told me the PSP slim was slated for a Europe release and not announced for the US.

Werd. I hear the craziest video game related shit in there. I'd love to know where GS employees get their info.

By the way, how did the pie turn out?
