I think these are those clearance games mentioned coming in the other TRU ad thread. These prices go into effect Thursday December 22.
EDIT:this is all I got. The new stuff is listed on the top. If anyone else at TRU has anything to add let me know.

EDIT 3:These prices should be good to go Thursday. I checked the other stores markdown lists in my area Saturday and all of them had the 9.98 games. I got a friend's scanner and posted a page from the markdown list. I hope this works.
EDIT 4: Because no CAG wants to pay $5 more than he/she has to, shipwreck took the liberty of putting which games are eligible for $5 rebates on PriceGrabber. For complete info on the rebates check out this thread:

EDIT 6:I found the master list which is essentially the green tag games merged with the 12/22 list. I did find some new games that will be part of the B&M sale on Monday but still no Psychonauts for Xbox.

my TRU's around here are sold out of PSP games. but i got a few copys of Pikmin 2, WM 21, Golden Sun 2, FF Dawn of Souls and Wario Ware. Thats ALL that was left from the list ;x

Goodness, some of you are having a hard time reading. Anyway, deciphering your question, it starts the 26th of December, which is Monday. The current sale titles will be included as will previous Green Tag games. In addition, a few games not part of those two sales will be advertised. They're listed at the start of each list for each platform.

I was hoping there'd be some insane price on GT4 since it was thrown out as bait in the other thread talking about the 12/26 deals. No go, I guess.
 
Went to the Chino Hills, CA Toys'R'Us and one of the employees told me that somebody from Cheap Ass Gamer came in with a list at 8am on Thursday morning and bought EVERY copy of EVERY game they had from the list. He said the guy was buying 10 copies of some titles. What a hoarder! Somebody on this site, probably a lurker, cleaned out the store!

Probably explains why I can never find any deals anywhere around here, as the same person probably rapes every store in town whenever there's a sale.

Amazingly I still found a Mr. Driller DS that he somehow missed in his pilliging.

I'm starting to think that at least two members should be at every sale location with some sort of shovel or sledgehammer and stand by the checkout line.

if i saw something like that i'd seriously do something about it. it's stupid as alot of those games will seriously generate 0 profit on eGay. only a select few have some profits.

he probably owns a game store and he'll sell those in his store for full price. lots of small, privately owned game stores in my area.

Killzone is mediocre, but MGS3 at $9.98 is definitely worth it (it was worth $49.99 for me when I got it near release).

What's on that bonus Metal Gear Solid 3 DVD from the Toys'R'Us website? Also does that have the same UPC code as the regular version? I think I saw a few posts where people were saying it rang up as $19.99 in-store and not the $9.98 sale price.

Here is a crazy idea. It may not work for everything, but stick with me on this one.

It usually helps a great deal to know people at various local stores and to befriend them. As in if they hold games for you and whatnot you give them a little love back with cookies or candy for the department come major holidays, help grab games they were waiting for or looking for while you go shopping and they're stuck, get them in on deals they would miss otherwise, things like that. And if you have the whole online thing going on for your PS2/XBox/GC/DS/PSP/PC and so do they, play with them, help them out, things like that.

In my experience, when you start doing favors and playing with employees of a store, you become friends (or, at least, they will watch your back as you watch theirs in deals). That way, when some schlub runs in and pulls a "I've Got a List, Serve Me Everything!!", they'll give the guy al but one or two copies apiece in order to give you (and themselves) a shot at the deal.

Of course, this would only work with employees who are gamers and employees who really take kindly to kind gestures and all so it is YMMV, but in my experience it does make a world of difference if you can pull this off!

Whats funny about that? I bought about 7 Mature Games and on every game after they scanned it they had to let me know that. It was a screen prompt as a reminder and I'm sure they could get fired for that.

I hit the TRU on Philips in Jacksonville this morning. I don't have a PS2, so I didn't look for those games, but basically all the decent Xbox & GC games were gone.

They had a TON of GBA games though all in shopping carts that you had to dig through. I saw a bunch of Mario Power Tennis GBA in the carts, but didn't think pick it up as I already have it for GC and didn't think I'd play it. I know it wasn't on the list, but did anybody else see this one on sale?

I think he was saying that what was funny was that he didn't need to look at the ID. He just had to say it.
 
I haven't participate in this sale... yet.. no games that interest me much.. but it's Sat morning and nothing to do for awhile :)... should i stop by anyway, kinda 20 min drive (40 min back and forth)... any chance in hell they still have some game left? i'm at a pomona store in CA.. btw :) ...

When I lived in Cali, I befriended the owner of a local used mom and pop video game store. I started getting great video game deals from him after that, I'd just ask for games I wanted and he'd set them aside for me in a box, to sell to me when I got back.

One of the best deals I can think of off the top of my head that I got from this guy was a boxful of hard to find Sega Saturn games and a brand new Sega Saturn system for $30.

My husband also worked full time for TRU for a year. Granted, I'd say its only with in the past 2 years that their video game department has been really been getting some killer sales (like this $10 game clearance), but when he worked there, we had access to a company discount card. We got 10% off of everything year round, 25% on company Xmas party day. Plus we would have first crack at all the video games that came in. I never had to preorder shit, or worry about missing out on preorder goodies, as hubby could get them at work.

Damn, this makes me seriously think about trying to get a part time job at a video game store somewhere. I'd love to be able to put in a couple hours a week just to get access to some employee discounts again like I had when hubby was working TRU.

Lucky dog! My local TRUs didn't have much in the way of anything when I managed to get out there. I picked up:

Resident Evil 4 (GC)
Shaman King: Master of Spirits (GBA)
Shaman King: Master of Spirits 2 (GBA)
Golden Sun: The Lost Age (GBA)

From TRU Online I picked up:

Double Dragon (GBA)
Tron 2.0 Killer App (GBA)
Midway Arcade Treasures 2 (GC)

Unfortunately I got Tron 2.0 online without checking my local stores. It turns out they've got like a bazillion copies (well, at least two or three per store) and I could have saved myself some shipping charges. Shaman King was a blind buy. Does anybody know if it's good or not?

I also got Geist (GC) and Bomberman (DS) to price adjust on Monday when the new sale starts.
 
yea i went today and They was completely clean out of the RE4 and all the GBA I mean i cant belive 50 Golden sun 2 sold in a day..... I did get the last bomberman... (probally wont price match till Tuesday no way in hell im getting in those lines monday)

My copy of RE4 shipped from Amazon last night. I know there was a small panic about them cancelling some orders (I think someone mentioned Crystal Chronicles with the GBA cable?), but I can confirm it shipped for $10.
