NOW THE SITE IS DOWN!!! Gaming Lagoon Customer support not what it used to be?

They used to have a real person you could talk to and now it is these support tickets. I got an incorrect code and filed a support ticket but here we are 3 days later and nothing has happened... Has anyone else noticed this?
