Haven't heard of GameLender actually.. but anyway I live in NYC and have been using Gamefly for a while.. they're very reliable and pretty fast now too. Turnaround used to be about six or seven days, but now they send you the next game as soon as the post office scans the returned one, so it's down to 3 - 5 days.
