I am unsure if this is a good guitar or a good deal. I looked on amazon and the reviews were 4/5 with 9 reviewers and the price was $19.99 plus shipping, so this seemed relatively decent value for those who want a guitar for Rockband/GH for the PS3. Sorry if this is a bad deal...I just noticed it and didn't see anyone post it. Shipping is $10 or so, so it comes to just about $20 including shipping.

It is a pretty nice guitar for so cheap. I got two of them during Amazon's sale, and they work just fine. But, the latest PS3 firmware broke the Rock Band mode compatibility. So to play Rock Band, you have to put the guitar in Guitar Hero mode.
 
I'll sell ya mine for $5, pick up only.

I don't care for the thick neck or buttons (they seem small or too spread apart for me, I don't know really) and you have to press them pretty much in the center for it to register. Good product, love Nyko, just small complaints.
 
yeah man for 7 bucks a while back on black friday can't complain, you can use the USB cord too if you don't have batteries
 
im not too sure why this deal is still up when amazon obviously has the better deal! sorry bro but amazon is just unbeatable.

Rock Band 1 or 2?I play RB 2 constantly with this guitar and it works fine on the Rock Band mode. I play on the PS3 too.
 
No RB issues for me; I actually prefer this guitar over the RB stock guitar. Might want to wait and see if Amazon or someone clears these out after Christmas. There seems to be a deal on this every few weeks.
