Obama is soft on the alien issue

Ban on Weapons in Space still doesn't prevent the Russians from carrying a nice Hybrid Firearm as part of their Cosmonaut Survival Kit.

It's essentially a 3-barrel short-barrel shotgun that can fire shotgun rounds, handgun rounds, and flares. It was included in the Russian Survival Kit since '87 I think. Development potentially started after an incident in the 70s where 2 cosmonauts landed deep in the woods after a mission and had to fend off wolves for a whole day before they were found.

The American Survival Kit currently includes only a large machete for a weapon.

If by "worldwide ban" they mean "everyone but America", I'm all for it.

Any ban that the Chinese and Russians don't abide by only hurts us and benefits them.
 
Space Based Defense/Offense Weapons programs are a joke. Billions of dollars spent to cause the other big kid on the block to get paranoid and piss them off big time.

Not so much about aliens invading us.. but.. It looks like those weapons are to intercept shit like meteorites. :(
