Sorry if repost. I just came back from my local Gamestop and they had Oblivion: GOTY on the PS3 for $29.99 NEW and SEALED. It's not showing up on the website but it should be that price in all the stores.

Man, pretty nice considering its the GOTY edition. I never got around to playing this, so I might bite (I've got about 10 bucks in credit which helps).

Actually, the deal on Amazon last week was for only the PC and Xbox 360 version. The PS3 was not shown any love.

Only the Orange Box has more value per $ IMO... It's a great game that will last you 4 times what most do.
 
Did they ever end up patching that issue with the PS3 GOTY version regarding curing vampirism? I know it was a fairly annoying bug, and was the reason I held off buying it.

As far as I know, no but I'm not sure what the GOTY version on the PS3 entails. The 360 version didn't fix it but the 360 version was out before the PC patch was even made for it. Unsure if they bundled it in with the Shivering Isles stuff.

Not to be completely off topic, but for a mere $25 and change more, picking up Fallout 3 blows Oblivion out of the water ... just a public service message in case you didn't know ... unless you just love the Oblivion setting, in which case, carry on ...
 
Same price for the 360. I just picked up a copy today. Almost all the stores in my area were sold out. Some have used copies, but at 49.99
 
I called one GameStop to check if they had any and unfortunately they did not. BUT they checked their inventory and expect some more in soon. They said that perhaps they are printing more for this price point! Here's hoping!
