Yes, message them on fb. It usually happens if you have multiple accounts or are inactive.

Just constant bitching about what's being offered and prices thereof. A couple of weeks ago people were complaining about the free Cinderella and Aladdin charms when you buy both blu ray promos and then today there is bitching about the Aladdin poster promo. The sense of entitlement is not surprising but still annoying nonetheless.

The amount of points is never noted on the package, but 200 is the standard value for 3D releases.

They have not done those for a few years so I'm guessing no
