condition stuff seemingly pulled back by amazon, spoilered until I can reorg
Notice 4/14/11: New shenanigans abound! There is now a condition field for all trades - all trades are set to "Good" and may be determined to be worse than that ("Acceptable") or better ("Like New"). During the trade-in confirmation process you may choose whether to have an item in worse condition returned to you or just processed at the lower value. It does appear that this might mean that NORAM will start taking games/consoles without original packaging / manuals / etc which might be beneficial to some.

We'll see how this works out! To be added to the core FAQ after its newness wears off.

GENERAL FAQ (Updated 12/10/09)

Can I post question on this thread?
Only if you can't find the answer from below. And please let me know if it needs to be added to FAQ.

My cover art (PLATINUM HITS) differs from the pic on amazon, will my trade be accepted?
It all depends on the UPC so just turn your game around, type in the upc into the amazon search box. If the game comes up, then it's accepted regardless of cover art. Click on that result to submit your trade.

Since when did Amazon start doing trades?
The program began in 2009 and is handled by a third party merchant, NorAm International.

What kind of shipping does Amazon provide us?
Free UPS ground ---- USPS is no longer available for free. There is now also an option to provide your own shipping.

Do I have to provide my own box or envelope?
Yes.

Do all my games in the same trade-in submission have to be shipped in the same box? (updated 3/9/11)
Not necessarily - people have sent in multiple boxes for the same trade-in submission successfully. It's even possible to send half at one time and the other half at the end of the valid shipping period. However, it's probably best to always ship everything at once.

Can I send in sealed games?
Yes. They won't reject games that still have the original shrink wrap.

Can I add Delivery Confirmation and Insurance to my shipment?
For UPS Ground
It already provides you with tracking information.

I don't trust UPS ground. Can I pay for postage myself? What's the address?
Yes. You're more than welcome to do so. The address is:
NorAm International
22 Hampshire Dr
Hudson, NH 03051

(This is also an option when submitting your trades)

When do I have to send my games once I have submitted my trade order?
You have 1 week (7 days) to send your games. There have been reports of submitting trades up to 15 - 20 days late, but that is definitely ymmv. Send on time for the best chance at success!

Crap, I have one day to go before my shipment deadline, but the website states that my deadline has already passed. How do I print out a shipping label and packing slip?
Load up any existing order (if you don't have any, check your browser's history), and substitute the transaction ID for the trade-in order you need at the end of the URL.

How long does the whole trade-in process usually take?
From the time you send in your games, it may take up to 14 business days for the package to arrive. Most people usually receive their credit (Amazon GiftCard) in 3 to 5 business days, however.

How long does the "processing" status usually take?
Usually with no delay, but the longest reported days so far is 4.

My games were received on Friday (based on Delivery Confirmation), will I have to wait until Monday to receive credit?
People have received credit on a Saturday.

I do not have the manual, cover art, or original case for a game I want to trade in. Will they accept it?
While the details specifically state that original packaging is necessary, people have reported in the past that their trades were accepted despite missing some of these. This is extremely YMMV, however since some were also rejected by missing manual or cover art. On the other hand, older gen games; such as SNES, N64, and GB cartridges, normally get accepted without the original box and manual, but still YMMV.
It's always better if you trade your non-complete game as an additional credit, not part of the minimum requirement to qualify for the promo.

I do not have the manual, accessories, original box, original included game, etc for a console or accessory I want to trade in. Will they accept it? (updated 3/9/11)
The current wisdom is "probably not" - it's pretty YMMV but NorAm seems stricter than they should be on this. Your chances seem to be better for them accepting a console or accessory without the box / manual / etc if it's older generation or rare. You're more than welcome to give it a shot though if you're feeling lucky - just pack it well and include as much as you can!

My game is really beat up, what are the chances they’ll accept it?
This is YMMV. Some people have reported in the past that they sent in games in bad shape that were still accepted. Your best bet is still to trade in games in mint condition. Minor scratches are expected as these are used games.

My game is the Greatest Hits version, but the one pictured on the site isn’t. Can I still trade it in?
Unless the game in question has two separate versions that trade at different values, sending in a greatest hits version is okay.

I have a game from a limited edition bundle, will they accept it?
If the game’s cover art has a UPC barcode, they will most likely accept it. If your game's cover states "Not for Resale" and does not have a UPC barcode, the game will most likely get rejected. Some people have had their games accepted in the past, but this is YMMV.

The UPC barcode is not intact on my game's cover art, will that be accepted? (updated 3/9/11)
This is YMMV, but probably not. The UPC is all powerful within the walls of NorAm.

I sent in my games, all of which were in pristine condition with the original packaging, but they said that one game is damaged and is now being returned.
Always pack your games well. Put a lot of newspaper around your games in the box to secure them and to prevent any damages from haphazard box cutting. People in the past have requested their entire trade-in order if it’s obvious the damage wasn’t their fault, and Amazon ended up accepting the rejected game. This is YMMV as well.

Can I trade in multiple copies of the same game?
Yes. Once you click “Trade in” for a particular game, you may change the quantities. Once you submit, you can no longer change quantities on that trade-in batch.

How many multiple copies of the same game can I trade-in (updated 1/11/11)?
Maximum of 2 copies within 3 months period

I locked in X copies of a game but I now only have Y available to send. Can I just send in Y without being penalized? (updated 3/9/11)
Yes, you can always just send in a portion of your trade-in order and they'll just credit you for whatever they receive. However, the quantities you submitted for will stay locked in that instance (I think) so if you, for example, submitted for 2 copies and only sent 1, you may not be able to trade any more copies of that game for 3 months (see previous question).

Will the Trade-in of the Day TIV stay for 24 hours?
It's been reported that there is a limit (maximum # of copies) that will get the promoted TIV so lock yours.

So if I find a good flip, I can just send 2 copies of that game and not worry about Amazon accusing me of stolen merchandise?
Technically yes, but do keep in mind that other CAGs might want to participate in the current deal, and trading in a large number of the same game will definitely lower the TIV of said game. Let’s be nice to other people.

Wow, these TIVs suck (updated 3/9/11)!
Really? Hrm. While that may be true, they're often better than other comparable places. Your options of what to do with your used games are greater now than they've ever been, so feel free to shop your trades around or just sell them off on glyde/gamestaq/ebay/whatever.

What the fuck? The TIV of a game I just bought for this deal tanked! What do I do?
The TIVs on Amazon fluctuate depending on the number of trades that are submitted, and we really can’t do anything about it. The best course of action for trading in games is to lock in your trade if you already have the games or are absolutely sure that you can obtain them. You can always cancel the trade submission if you end up not finding the games.

LOCK = SUBMIT YOUR TRADE, Don't just put it in the cart.

Can I edit a submitted trade?
Nope - once upon a time you could modify trade in quantities of submitted trades, but that ability has been removed.

Can I use my credit (not the trade-in deal coupon) on items that are not video game-related?
Yes. This is the other perk for trading in games at Amazon since you're not limited to just video games.

Can I use my credit on items sold by third-party merchants on Amazon?
According to the fine print of the Amazon gift card use, some merchants are excluded. Your best bet is to try it on the checkout page of your order.

Strategy guides? I can trade in game/strategy guides? Whaaaaa?
Go to the Textbook Buyback section (http://www.amazon.com/Textbooks-Trad...ode=2205237011). You can either search on the title of a strategy guide you have to see if they'll accept it, or search for guides. The two best search strings to start with are 'prima guides' and 'bradygames'. Might try 'doublejump' if you want to trade in some of those. (Thanks eugaet)

I locked in some hilariously overvalued trade for some weird rare game/accessory/etc that I can pick up for cheap cheap cheap. They didn't accept it. What should I do? (updated 3/9/11)
The truth is that NORAM can reject things for any reason they see fit. While some people have managed to get silly things like a $200 credit for some cheerleading game, it's sooooooo YMMV that often it's not worth the effort. EXPECT REJECTION ON THINGS THAT ARE CLEARLY MISVALUED. That said, as long as you're willing to risk it, go for it!

trade-in promo related faq spoilered for history. promos no longer offered by amazon
---- TRADE-IN PROMO RELATED FAQ ---

When do I receive my coupon code for the current trade-in deal, if any?
The Terms of Service states 10 days after Amazon has accepted your games and added credit to your account, but it usually takes 2 to 3 days.

Can I do two different trade-in submissions that add up to the requirements of the current trade-in deal, if any?
No. In order to qualify for any of the trade-in promos, they have to all be in one trade-in submission. You can't add another game later on to make the minimum. However, you can adjust the quantity of the submitted game to make the minimum.

I submitted my trade-in order online, how do I know if I qualified for the current trade-in deal, if any? Is there a confirmation page or e-mail?
No. They will automatically send you a coupon code once they have accepted your shipment of games and credited your account.

Is the trade-in deal coupon in addition to the credit I will receive for my games?
Yes.

Can I trade in DVDs to take advantage of the current trade-in deal?
You may trade in DVDs to add credit to your Amazon account, but they will not be added to the amount you need to qualify for the deal.

Can I take advantage of the current trade-in (if available) promo more than once?
These deals are “One per household” unless stated otherwise. However, you may use a different Amazon account. The credit for your games will be tied to the specific account used for the trade, but the coupon codes for the deals are not.
*However, some people has confirmed that they get multiple coupon by using 1 Amazon account after doing multiple submission.
NOTE: IF YOU SEND MORE THAN 1 SUBMISSION, THE MULTIPLE COUPONS MIGHT COME IN 1 EMAIL, THE CODE IS SEPARATED BY A COMMA.

If the coupon codes aren’t tied to my account, can I use more than one coupon on my next purchase?
No. Unless stated otherwise in the promo details, these coupons cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

So if they reject one of my games, am I disqualified from the current trade-in deal, if any?
Unfortunately yes. The best suggestion for trading in games is to trade in $10-$20 more than the minimum for the deal. By doing so, you will still qualify for the promo even if one or two games get rejected.

Can I use the trade-in deal coupon on preorders?
Yes.

What happen to the Coupon code if I cancel the preorder?
The coupon code will stay with your account. It will be applied automatically at check-out as long as the coupon is not expired.

Can I use the trade-in deal coupon when shopping from other merchants on Amazon?
No. ONLY ITEMS SOLD BY AMAZON.COM QUALIFY FOR PURCHASE WITH THE TRADE-IN COUPON. Even Amazon's other sites (Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.jp, etc.) do not participate in these trade-in deals.

Trade-in coupon Usage:
Previous promo coupons and their expiration dates (NO ACTIVE PROMOS CURRENTLY):

1st Promo - $ 50 / $75 Coupon (coupon exp: 8/31) - Game Console Only
2nd Promo - 50 % Coupon (coupon exp: 8/31) - Game and Accessories
3rd Promo - $ 30 Coupon (coupon exp: 12/31) - Game Console, Game and Accessories
4th Promo - $ 30 Coupon (coupon exp: 12/31) - Game Console Only

Also, to those of you getting games damaged, a helpful suggestion. If you send games in a sturdy cardboard box, such as the ones that Amazon delivers your games to your house in, the chance of the games getting damaged during shipping drops significantly. Bubble wrap is also nice, and can be purchased cheaply at Walmart or other fine retailers. Make sure there is a nice layer of bubble wrap between all edges of the box, so the nice people opening your box at NORAM don't accidentally nick the games with the boxcutter.
Thanks, I thought taping the UPS label to the game would be good enough

In all seriousness, my game was packaged in an Amazon box with air pillows. They shipped it back in a padded envelop with the broken DVD case pieces inside, which leads me to believe it was broken after being packaged. I figured it was UPS at first until I read about other people having problems here.

Does NorAm damage games as an excuse to return it to you? Doubt it. Are they negligent in their handling of the games? Possibly.

Didn't see it in the faqs but I was wondering I wanted to send in a PS2/3 controller and a PS3 Blu Ray remote but it doesn't have the original box...how could it they come in that hard plastic that you pretty much have to use a knife to open it. So will they take them?

First time trading in.

First damaged game for me today. Luckily it wasn't a big trade, Rayman Raving Rabbids (Wii) for $7 or so. It was in great shape when I shipped it. Guess I'll see what it looks like when it gets back here.

it's likely they will as they've historically been a bit more lenient with hardware, but they are full of surprises.

I recently traded in a 20GB 360 hard drive and a PS Eye without any original packaging and both were accepted so I'm thinking you'll be fine.

i traded in a similar accessory last year, and at first it was rejected due to "missing case" a simple email to amazon explaining how its an accessory with no case, and i got my credit. they also sent the item back and i traded it in again a few months later and this time noram took it without a problem.

so you shouldn't have anything to worry about, worst case scenario might have to contact amazon.

Hey guys I have a couple of questions for y'all.

Question 1: Where do y'all buy bubble mailers, etc. to ship your guides/games? Online or some store's clearance?

Question 2: If anyone of y'all have sent only 1 or 2 guides, what packaging did you use? Bubble mailer, envelope or other.

I usually buy them at walmart, or just reuse any I get from ordering games online. I always use the mailers for 1 or 2 games.

My very first trade in and it was rejected. I didn't have the ONE PAGE insert for AC: Brotherhood and they rejected my trade. One piece of paper.. not even a darned booklet.

If you don't know what I'm talking about here's a link to Kotaku making fun of the "manual"
http://http://kotaku.com/5688969/assassins-creed-brotherhood-manual-has-been-reduced-to-this

What a bunch of crock! I wonder if it's because the TIV went down from $30 to $24 from last week instead... oh well.

it's not. i wish everyone would stop with the conspiracy theories.

if they were rejecting games because of changed TIV's, it would be a universal thing.. not some random employee deciding on their own not to accept something on behalf of the company that's paying them the same salary regardless.

assuming they'd do this is like assuming a cashier at a grocery store won't let you use a coupon because it's a good deal. they couldn't give less of a :shaqfu:

My items were delivered 3 days ago, but it still says not received.

My last 3 trades have all gotten through within a day of being there and credited

Update on my last post
An hour after I posted they credited all besides LittleBigPlanet GOYT as it was incorrect item.
Though I'm not sure how that was, but in a way I'm glad as long as it comes back undamaged as I decided to wait on LTP2

After all the posts I was concerned about my Black Ops (PS3) copy as it had dropped 6 dollars since I locked it in, but it was credited

Yeah, I had a couple of games accepted yesterday that they got a few days ago (last Friday I think).

I was a bit worried about one because it was a "Greatest Hits" disc in a regular version case. Much to my surprise, that wasn't a problem (or more likely they just didn't notice).

That was my last submission for a while. I've had to fight for some credit on a couple of rejected trades, but after it is all said and done, I managed to build up my Amazon credit to respectable levels again after depleting it throughout November and December. So I should be set for any deals this year.

Hey, strange thing. I just tried to submit three RDR PS3 for trade and it said I am limited to 2 copies? WTF. When did this change? I've never traded in this title before, and I put in some other random titles and sure enough the limit is 2 now not 3. They must be tired of getting dumped on. At least I can use my multiple accounts to get around the limit, so no big deal."

 I thought people were kidding, but I just checked my PS3 copy of it. All I have to say is WOW. They don't even list the controls in this 'manual'. But I suppose it's better than the one company that stopped putting a manual in the case altogether.

It can't cost them that much to print a manual that they're skimping on even putting them in now.

Hopefully the tiv was much higher than the current $20.25 when you locked it in, as that doesn't seem like a worthwhile amount to get rid of the games for.

I'm pretty sure it was Ubisoft that announced they were no longer going to print manuals, so I think this is the result. Their reasoning was they were going green. I don't care about getting a manual, but I hope that when they do this they will print background cover art so that the inside isn't just a white background.

well I'll be damned, they sure did. I'll put a warning in the op.

Don't forget about MS 'going green' by taking out those huge chunks of the 360 cases to make them weaker.

Truth be told, you know it's not cuz they wanna help the environment, it's cuz they wanna make more money.

As far as printing the other side of the coverart, I wish companies would print the other regions variant coverart on the back of the US one, as some of them I've found more interesting(Dead Rising 2 Asian edition) than the standard one.

Has anyone shipped 2 separate trade in orders in one box, I have a box that perfectly fits both submissions and I can't redo the trade now because the DSi tanked from 60 bucks to 5 dollars today. It seems like they might track your order by the UPS tracking number, but there's also the inventory you put inside the box. I'm thinking it'd be fine, but don't want to get screwed.

I think it's been previously discussed that having 2 orders in a single package is a bad idea because you won't get the shipping info/confirmation/tracking for the order that doesn't have the barcode on the outside.

ya, there both pretty big trade in's so I probably shouldn't risk it and just find another box.

I've been trying to find this thread for a few days. Our search function sucks.

Is it okay to mail items out in bubble wrappers? I've always re-used amazon boxes in the past, but I'm running out of boxes.

you probably could.. but if your trade in gets damaged on the way over there.... they will not accept it.

best thing to do.. hit up dumpsters and trash bins around electronic stores, grocery stores and small strip malls. i usually find plenty of boxes behind the stores.

Just subscribe to the thread underneath Thread Tools. Then you can find all the threads you've subscribed to underneath the Forums tab.

I only send in trades with old Amazon boxes as well, but I don't see why would care what it is sent in.

Yeah, I know, been here since 2003. ;) It was more a problem with the search terms not appearing. I think it's the hyphen in the Trade-In that was throwing me off.

I have a current open trade I need to send in by 1/22 that has 3 of the same game in it. Any chance they will reject it with this new limit? Or am I safe since I submitted it before they did this?

I don't think anyone here can answer that with any certainty, since we only just found out about the new limit today. Send it in and let us know the results.

I'm sure you will be fine. Unlike some other places (Gazelle, Dealtree when they imposed their limit, etc) Amazon does it right - simply not letting you lock in any more than allowed and not having some sort of nebulous "personal use" policy (like SecondSpin). What is locked in is locked in, no questions asked - so you should be fine since you did it before the change (otherwise, you wouldn't have been able to submit them).

I know I should have been more thorough with this, but has anyone ever had anything funky go on with their credit? Im certain I dont have as much as I should, and amazon has no way to track whats gone in and whats been used. I feel like Ive been screwed for like 50+ dollars.

Just did a run down of credit earned in the last month and Ive earned 229.25, spent 77.93, yet just got charged 36.00 to my card when I made a 112.00 order right now. Wow theyre really screwing me unless Im really missing something.

Sure they do. If you click on your trade account, it will show everything that you have ever turned in for credit. Hop over to your orders page and you can review how you paid for items.

Do you have any pre-orders or anything like that? Even if it hasn't shipped yet (and therefore you haven't "paid" for it yet), the amount is deducted from your available credit.

I noticed this when I pre-ordered the Star Wars Complete Blu-Ray Set, which I have subsequently cancelled in order to free up my credit...

Yeah, but if you get promo credits (either from game preorder deals or from Amazon CS to make up for "damaged" games sent back by NorAm) those don't show anywhere, so it can get pretty confusing. I have a spreadsheet that keeps track of all of my Amazon purchases and trade-ins. Sometimes it gets out of whack, especially as I keep track of two accounts on it, but once I go through everything a couple of times I get it straightened out.

But yes, preorders are deducted in full, which is why I don't want to jump on a 3DS preorder just yet (and yeah, I know I can apply a CC to it instead, but I'd rather not do that either).

But to answer edson's original query, no, I haven't had anything strange happen with my credit and I've been running solely on credit for well over a year now.
Do you have any pre-orders or anything like that? Even if it hasn't shipped yet (and therefore you haven't "paid" for it yet), the amount is deducted from your available credit.

No I took everything into account, only pre-order I have is LBP2, dont know if I should shoot out an email before or after it ships as Im still expecting the $20 credit for that. Im definitely creating a spreadsheet to keep track of earned/spent credit from now on.
I usually buy them at walmart, or just reuse any I get from ordering games online. I always use the mailers for 1 or 2 games.
Thanks, I'll have to check out clearance sections at some stores this weekend. Yeah, I keep boxes too except that I couldn't use any of them for the 2 guides I sent today. I bought a mailer for $1.69 at the post office :whistle2:(

You are absolutely right, those promo credits don't show up in the account. I have a good memory though so when I calculate my Amazon expenses in excel at the end of the year, I recall it was a promo credit because the price was lower than retail.

Well over a year running solely on credit? I really do admire some of you damn CAGs :D
I've been trying to find this thread for a few days. Our search function sucks.

Is it okay to mail items out in bubble wrappers? I've always re-used amazon boxes in the past, but I'm running out of boxes.
I have used bubble mailers plenty of times when I only have a few items to send such as one game or one ds game. I think it goes without saying that if you have more than 2 PS3/360/Wii games it would be better to go with a box considering NorAm's reputation, though I have stuffed 3 Wii games in one bubble mailer and they took it with no problems whatsoever.

One time I even used a plain business sized envelope and stuffed it with bubble wrap when I had to send an accessory which I thought they would not accept since I sent it out a week after the shipping deadline. Thankfully they accepted it anyway.
When you look at Amazon VOD, you can check your promo credit balance.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=470938631&pf_rd_i=507846

It's right where it says, View Balance.

That doesn't show promo credits. It shows GC balance, VOD, MP3, Kindle, and game downloads, but no promotional credits.
I think it might show video game promo credits but I'm not entirely sure. I have a $20 promo credit from LBP2 right now and when I add a game I get a $20 discount on purchase. However, that link says I have a $30 credit under "SOFTWARE/VIDEO GAMES DOWNLOADS". I have no idea what the hell that is for. It could be $20 from the LBP 2 promo and an unknown $10 for game downloads or a $30 unknown credit. In any case, only the $20 I expect to have is usable for anything I want.

My point was that promos and credits and such are not shown in a tabulated form like they should be. I'd like my Amazon account credits/purchases to be listed in one single table - then I wouldn't need a spreadsheet to keep track of it ;).

That link might be semi-useful for showing what you currently have, but it doesn't help with things you've used for various purchases - and if you don't keep track of all of that it is sometimes hard to tell if you have the credit you are supposed to.

Edit: OK, that link is really wacky. On my main account, I have $13 credit showing in all these categories: "Amazon MP3", "Amazon VoD", "Kindle Editions". Meanwhile, it shows $23 in "Software/Video Games Downloads". All I should have is a single $13 promo credit for a "damaged" game returned by NorAm. So is that $13 the same credit, or did they give it to me in different categories by mistake? And what is with the extra $10 showing on both accounts for "Software/Video Games Downloads"? See, none of that makes much sense ;).

If I recall correctly Amazon was offering $10 towards an Xbox Live 12 month Online Game Code when you purchased select games. When those codes weren't available, I chatted with CS to see if they can turn it into a $10 GC but I had no luck :whistle2:( I'm no good when it comes to that.

Btw, those of you that have a Star Ocean: The Last Hope International Signature Series Strategy Guide lying around, Amazon is offering $17.91. I'm willing to let it go because it only cost me a pretty penny ;)

Have y'all ever gotten a notice from Amazon about canceling trade-ins and re-submitting them? I think I canceled this one about 2 times already. It was at $10, then $6 for about a week or so. Decided to submit a trade-in, then went up $9 (canceled previous and re-submitted trade-in). Just now I checked and went up to $17, so I canceled the previous trade-in and resubmitted.

I think you might be right about that extra $10 I have on both accounts - it is probably the $10 Xbox Live discount. But see, that really isn't promo credit I can use. So, yeah, that link is somewhat useful but not ideal.

You shouldn't have any problem canceling and resubmitting as many times as you want. I do it all the time. Sometimes things go up, or sometimes they stay the same and I just resubmit to buy more time to mail them. Like I said before, the one good thing about the Amazon/NorAm system is that they don't care how many and how often you submit something. Their software automatically takes care of too many submissions (by limiting you to 3, and now 2 of each game). Otherwise, they don't seem to care what you do with your trade-in account which is as it should be.

I just wanted to make sure since every time one submits a trade-in, it generates a pre-paid shipping label for the carrier one chooses.

Thanks, good to know :)

Is it me or did Amazon change the game and now is ONLY accepting TWO of EACH item?

Edit: Nevermind, see it's been updated on the first page. That is quite the game changer for some.

Ah yes, taking "advantage" of B2G1 Free flips will be more difficult now...

but in all seriousness, the new limit of 2 feels a lot more restricting, even if I'm not planning on finding flips.

Thanks man. I've got a slew of bubble mailers and no more small boxes now after my last trade. I typically only mail out single items at a time, so I don't think that'll be a big deal. I was more concerned with a small bubble mailer getting lost by UPS...

Amazon also cracked down on having multiple accounts under the same email. I used to 2-3 accounts setup so I could multiply the trade in limit of 3 but now they require you to verify which account is your primary. Noram seems to have Amazon by the balls, all of these changes they are making on Noram's behalf. I still will take every opportunity to rape and pillage Noram that I can find, they have tied up some loose ends but not everything.

My box is out for delivery as of last night. I have a couple high value ($30) games in their, so hopefully they dont cut into any of the game cases and reject! Hopefully it wont be more than a day or two for them to receive and make a decision! We shall see and I will report back.
Eh, it isn't a great thing (new limit of 2 that is), but it isn't the end of the world either.
I figure as long as it keeps the trade-in program alive more power to em. Who knows, if this successfully cuts down whatever they're trying to cut down maybe promos will make a trumphant comeback.

A boy can dream, can't he?
