Someone had said that in the past few years, BB deals could be had online with instore pickup starting at midnight. I plan on trying this before I brave the stores on friday, for sure. :)

The best buy door buster - the portable dvd player for 69.99 - it can be made region free and can also play pal discs. Just a quick code typed in with the remote and you have an all region pal/ntsc player. pretty good deal for a 69.99 portable.
 
Wow. Lots of great deals. Toobad I own most of those. I might pick up some for some friends for X-Mas presents though.

And I wish Chappelle Show Season 2 was only gonna be $9.99 like season 1 was last Black Friday. Oh well.

I'm going to save myself some time and effort and have my local Shopko price match most of these ads, just like I did last year. They're usually one of the least-busy retailers on Black Friday.

the $8.88 family guy dvds are the Stewie Griffin one for sure and maybe others. i just saw the ad at gottadeal.com
 
Nice price on FG and Simpsons. Picked up FG Vol. 2 last BF for $20, should've waited a year to save $1 :) Too bad it's only Simpsons Season 6, the only Simpsons set i'm missing is season 5.
 
I wonder what the "Other" TV Box sets will be at target? I need to get Futurama 2 and 3 on the Cheap along with the Simpsons 2 and 3. After seeing the BB black friday deal on 24 and the Sheld I was hopeing that maybe Fox was going to have a sale on 2 and 3's this years like they did with the S1 shows last year...

The only Family Guy on sale last BF was Vol 1 at Target for 17.99... they did put Vol 2 on sale a few weeks later for about 22 bucks...

I havent seen too much I want from the BF ads... I have a 25 off 25 coupon at staples that will still be valid on BF... combine that with some rebate deals and I could actually make a few bucks from them, the way I did with Office Max last year.

FYI, none of the futurama's will be on sale, neither will any Simpsons set besides season 6. At least at Target, that is.

Oh, okay, thanks guy. I knew 1+2 had three seasons collectively, but wasn't sure if it was Season 1, then 2&3, or 1+2, and then 3. Guess it's the latter.

Curse all the good dvd deals. Looks like I could end up with The Shield S2, 24 S2, Chappelle Show S2, Simpsons S6, and atleast That 70s Show S3 (even though I own neither of the first 2 seasons). And throw in some random movies, and woo hoo.
 
I sure am surprised to see 24 and The Shield discounted so much. I bought 24 S2 & 3 at full price thinking they would continue to mark down only first seasons. I guess this sale is in anticipation of the new seasons. The Shield S2 & 3 will hopefully be mine (via online). Thanks for all the ads.

I count 98 cases on the DVD ad. Except for the ones at the bottom of the far right and left I think those are all that are on sale.
 
One thing is for sure... Poltergeist will be MINE on Black Friday muwavawahahahahahahaha!!!!!

But oh geez... only if I don't get sold before then. I know a LOT of people love me even if my movie's character is played by.... Stalone. :shock:

There's nothing wrong with Stallone. He made some entertaining movies in the 80s.

I wish there were some movies nowadays that were as entertaining as the Stallone and Schwarzenegger movies of the 80s. Action, humor, they had it all.
