Does he really mean Season 3, as in Volume 2, or does he mean VOLUME 3?

If you look at the scans, its volume 2 (season 3).

You deserve some :applause:greysector for actually taking the time to post all those dvds. As for me it doesn't look like I need any of those dvds.
 
Anyone know if the BB sale with the 24 seasons for $20 is a sale until like noon, or is it all day Friday? Cause I work from 7-3 on Friday, but I really want to get them so I can return the ones I just bought from DDD.
 
The only thing I think I'm getting will be Simpsons S6.

Oh, and my Wal-Mart already has their DVD sets at $19.XX. They had pretty much everything listed for them above, but they had the first two seasons of Smallville in there! :cool: I grabbed those last Saturday.

The volume 3 that is coming out is of season four.

volume/s 1 = Seasons 1 + 2
volume/s 2 = season 3
volume 3 = season 4

It is actually season 4 in the pic, with a note that season 3 is also $14.99. I don't know, though, could be a trap.
 
Regarding the Target sale.....

All the 5.88 dvd's I noticed are on sale as of today, not just black friday.

The Target I Went to had an endcap (not sale priced) of the 17.88 box sets, plus a Dukes Of Hazzard season box. There were I couple others, but as I didn't want them, I forgot about them. Only the Simpsons is on my list.
 
Same here. I was able to get Harry Potter 1 & 3 for 6 dollars at Target. They didn't have 2, but hopefully they will soon.

And they have about 30-some copies of Family Guy and Sim psons, but not at sale prices.
 
I noticed Lost and The O.C. season 1 on the same shelf as Target's other Black Friday sale box sets tonight. Hmm...

Also, Shrek 2 didn't seem to ring up at $5.88 tonight. Poop.

Its going to be a nice DVD weekend, with all but Lost coming in from my DDD order yesterday and getting some of these sets and dvds on Friday.

Now I just need to go get a paper, so my family has a hardcopy of the ads to look at and price match at Wal-Mart if we're unable to get them from the respective store.
 
Download the CAG Black Friday DVD Deals in Microsoft Word format for easier printing. I just copied it directly from the thread and turned the text to black because it prints out gray and also eliminated all the other stuff. So you can highlight things you want to buy and take it with you on Friday. Hope all my CAG brethren have a Happy Turkey Day. The CAG Black Friday Video Game Deals is in the Video Game section.

Not sure if anyone else has caught it yet, but CC will have Simpsons Season 6 not 5 on sale. At least they beat Target by a few bucks. :D
 
I don't have time to go through all four plus pages looking for this, but it should be noted that the Polar Express at Comp USA for $14.99 shows the TWO-disc special edition. I haven't seen it that cheap anywhere in MN. Also, for those that bought Madagascar, there's supposedly a $3.00 off coupon inside for Polar Express. I think this might actually warrant another topic thread just to make sure people don't miss it. I confirmed this on their website, although it doesn't list specific details, it does show the TWO-disc set. Hope this helps.
 
Quick BF morning report from Columbus, OH-

Best Buy had all the advertised DVDs in stock (along with merchandise, too). Great sales help also.

Target was organized and fully stocked, too.

Circuit City was a mess. Arrived at 5:20 am (after flying through BB). No one had the Simpsons 6 (and none of the clerks knew if or when or where it might be). No Will and Grace, and only limited Arrested Dev 2. Thankfully, I bought these items, yes for a few dollars more, at Target.
 
If any of you guys are interested I pm'd Seinfeld seasons 5 and 6 for $9.99 each. The Sears ad is confusing and looks like they have them for $9.99 each. I also picked up War of the Worlds for $9.99(same ad). I pm'd at BestBuy with no problems.
 
any else DVD TV sets at target besides home improvement, dukes, and bewitched? i scanned 70s show season 1 and 2, smallville season 3, they are regular prices.
