The gamer Aussies have everything so much worse than you, you have no idea.

New games cost a considerable amount more for them, think $75-80ish instead of $60, so $100 AUD. Lots of mature games get censored or not released there at all.

Glad to see they are at least doing something to provide a solution to this idiotic idea. Since I keep most of my CEs sealed, I'll still be passing on it unless they find a way to package a physical disk inside it right off the bat.

 
Received my order 1886 PE from amazon today. The steelbook sucks ass. It doesn't even have the name of the game on the spine, like wtf... Digital soundtrack.. the art book, if you can call it that also sucks. The statue is pretty cool though. For $40 I expected meh but damn, didn't this shit cost $120 or $150 at launch?

Yes, it was $150 at launch. Sucks for people who shelled out that much at launch. The statue alone is well worth the $40 though imo. The artbook ain't really an artbook, more like a holder for the blackwater vial necklace that comes with it.

That shit better be in the damn box. I'm not putting up with this forced digital crap like they tried to do all together with the Xbox One. I'm not surprised there are still remnants of that insane plan still floating around and trying to creep through.

 
For those who ordered the mortal kombat kollectors krap from amazon, you can sell the kombat pack and gold scorpion skin for $30-50.  i bought it from best buy for $85 this week (wasn't even online during the amazon one so didn't miss it really) and traded the game into gamestop for $40 today (with 50% bonus coupon) and sold the kombat pass + skin for $40 to someone on craigslist, basically giving me the statue for $5.  you'd end up with a nice $30 profit with the amazon price and get to keep the statue.

Lol, I'm surprised you call it Kollectors Krap then, since it seems you made out pretty well. Btw Bestbuy changed the price back up to $149.99. They had it for $99.99 ($79.99 w/GCU) for just a day.

Good on them for adding this option for people. I still can't justify the $250 pricetag personally, but it makes me feel better about my LE preorder.

I hope mortal kombat kollectors goes down around that price again soon since I think that only lasted a second @amazon.
 
Have a question did best buy change there buttons? Does coming soon mean a item hasn't been available for pre order yet now or does it mean it's sold out because I actually see sold out buttons now. I ask because I am interested in the Tom clancy division collector's but it's listed as coming soon not sold out like call of duty and pip boy both say.

The Metal Gear Solid CE said coming soon for a long time but never came back. It finally switched to sold out online.

 
You do realize the xbox one version of the Witcher 3 CE is the best, as it came with a cloth map and 2 Gwent card decks which were exclusive to the xbox one version.

 
One weird thing I've noticed is that Xbox One users tend to love buying DLC codes on ebay, not so much PS4 users.  I sold a bunch of DLC codes last week I've had laying around from CEs and just preorders, and while pretty much everything sold all the xbox one items sold rapidly while the PS4 items took a lot longer to sell.

No clue why, I mostly game on my PS4 as do all my friends and I know its still outselling Xbox One every month pretty much (NPD data), I guess maybe xbro's just aren't as good with money.

digital I think does better on Xbox though due to the fact the hard drive a lot easier to increase since you can just hook up a external instantly while with ps4 you can't

Yes. It releases a week before the LE and standard versions, so you could pre-load it.

A lot of CAGs, myself included, decided to bail on it for that reason as well as Tri-Force doing the statue, which didn't look that impressive anyway.

This might swing some people back from the "no disc" for the CE, though I'm still passing on it since the statue doesn't look that impressive.

 
I find it weird AF that elder scrolls online limited edition still isn't up at bestbuy. And looks like mgs v won't be returning at all. All I can do now is rely on target. Yeah, target..
