Not sure if other BB stores had this but my friend's store randomly had 6 Majora's Mask CE game sent to them today. Employees dived them up though maybe some stores didn't lol

I was able to get thru. You need to make sure all names and address info are filled out to get into konamistyle. you can go and mod your info at my.konami.net. The only thing accepted as names is Kana (japanese characters). There is a site that will convert your name to Kana. Just google "english to kana". That might not help with your reseller, as Tenso.com requires your actual name somewhere in the address. I have an inquiry in to them on what another option might be to circumvent konamistyle's requirements for name, and some address formatting issues.

Has anyone purchased Hotline Miami 2 CE?  Not sure if I want to bite on the price point.  I don't really want it on PC, rather have it on my ps3...but I don't want to miss out on that vinyl.

 
Not happening today. The soon to start live stream of the close up of Ceres will show that mysterious light on the surface to be a mangled missing NASA probe with a sign staked in front of it that says "STAY HOME". The Internet will promptly explode.

Holy mothership Batman! Looks like Gearbox gave out codes for the Homeworld 1 and 2 soundtracks if you redeemed your code from the CE! Was starting to feel a little down about the Homeworld CE but...

Release of phantom pain will spur sales of ground zeroes somewhat for hold outs as the metal gear brand in general will rise in popularity. Why would you think they would give a product away that will make them money?

Because they've been criticized since before release that it shouldn't have been sold as a stand alone product?

I bought a physical Ground Zeroes for the ps3 at launch for dat shinkawa art, and then rebought it on ps4 for $6 something when it was on sale a while back since I figured I should start preparing my save data transfer. I dont care if it doesn't come with GZ as I already own it but I would figure they could slap it in there.

 
I figured it would of been good with a Digital Code for the CE as an added incentive -- since like someone said it did have a lot of bad Press.

 
Hey, guys, can someone answer me a question about the Japanese MGSV: TPP Collector's Edition (Premium Package, or "the one with the full robo-arm")?

As always, I was too late to jump on the pre-order bandwagon, and by the time I checked the Japanese retailers, they were all sold out (Yes Asia, Nippon-Yasan and even Play-Asia and their stupid $500 price tag). However, at one point, Nin-Nin-Game (which I'd never heard of before) apparently had one copy in stock.

A quick check for trusted site reviews later, and I was the proud holder of a pre-order... or so I thought. I got three e-mails from their store at once: Order confirmation, Payment accepted and an Out of stock notice (also, a PayPal e-mail with the payment's receipt, which did go through).

My question is: is this common practice, since the item isn't technically available yet, or did I get screwed out of my copy? Any help is appreciated.

I think most of the bad press was more around the almost certain belief that there was no way Gearbox could remaster Homeworld without fucking it up

 
PS3/X360 versions of Ground Zeroes is $14 on Amazon, $20 for PS4/XB1, just as a reference.

On BB.com, PS4 Ground Zeroes is $18, XB1 is $20 and PS3/X360 is $14, all marked on Clearance.

shortly after I grabbed one I noticed after walking around the other one was gone. On my way to checkout I saw a geek squad person with 2 in her hand and she bought them...
 
So Best Buy went from over-extending preorders (and offering $50 "We're sorry" GCs), to accidentally cancelling valid orders (and offering GCs and free copies of the CE), to now having inventory available on store shelves.

I didn't think it was even possible to fuck up a release as bad as they did.

BB reps can get written up/fired for buying items while on the clock. Hope she liked flirting with being jobless.

 
I had wanted that Majora's Mask CE, but missed out on it.

I also wanted that Majora's Mask 3DS, but missed out on that as well.

I can't afford to miss out on the Metal Gear Solid V The Phantom Pain CE!
