So... I've had this issue with a bunch of my CEs that I end up opening. The goddamn flap on top, how do you open the things without it creasing? I can sorta jigger my way into opening some others since the cardboard/paper is softer and thinner, but with the Type-O HD CE I literally could not open the thing without the top flap creasing.

(talking about the flap that hooks into the side smaller flaps, not the actual top of the packaging)

I used both my thumbs on each side. So one near the left side corner and one of the right side corner. If you pull both sides out at the same time it shouldn't bend the flap. You actually have to stick your fingers into the box because of how flaps are designed; you can't just pull from the top.

I'd press in under them, you sort of unfortunately have to bend the back of the box, but most of the material used for game boxes isn't weak enough that it'd cause damage. Once you do you sort of slowly slide it out. Dumb complaint but I wish most companies would find a different way to package stuff, this is really infuriating for people who like stuff to remain in pristine condition. I noticed the Majora's Mask LE had a box designed in a different way; that middle flap had little openings for the side ones, I really appreciated that.

The way I do it is slide the back of a knife against the right angle of the top and use it to lift the top of the box uniformly

Yes, it does appear that Zavvi is sold out now. Perhaps many folks ordered from them since Amazon UK wouldn't ship this title to the US.

rodea is a weird game, the Wii U version is apparently a port of the 3DS version so they are including the wii version for free (which is cool) but it was completed a couple of years ago and the publisher decided to wait on releasing it, who knows why.  The whole thing is weird.  The wii version will run on wii u but under the Wii emulator.

 
I did initially of Wednesday, February 18, 2015 - Wednesday, March 4, 2015, than they sent another email later saying they would update it again.  They had the wrong date on it first.  I think like an early February date.  Thats probably why there is some confusion with it.

Nice. One of my favorite game (games) of this year. I'm down to play coop on it too. I need 3 more trophies for the plat(which is obtainable at the moment), mainly need that destroy 10,000 limbs trophy which is going to take 7-10 hours on its own to finish it. Still have a lot more to put into that game.

After some drama with SE which resulted in me having to re-order, I was getting jealous of everyone already getting theirs or having theirs ship. BUT, I just got my shipping email notice for Type-0 CE and the Eorzea Art book! Can't wait!

I'm tempted to buy the collectors guide but idk.
 
I got my Type-0 CE from Amazon today. It came slightly damaged (dented/squished box), so they're giving me a partial refund of $30. I sent the CE guide back yesterday because the corner got smushed, so I'm waiting for my replacement guide to arrive tomorrow. The guide was sent in a box but it came falling apart while the game came in one of those cardboard wrap-around things that looked fine.

 
Got tired of waiting for best buy mgsV , so I just preordered at GameStop. By the way ps4 versions were available again .
 
I know I'm a day late, but the FF Type 0 CE is great. Everything in it looks really nice, especially the steelbook that I usually never care for.
