You're about 2 1/2 months late to the party on that one. Also Bestbuy doesn't even take preorders in store for items like this.
 
Just realized the Megaman game by itself only cost $30...I assumed it was atleast a $40 or $50 title.

Not sure if I can justify basically $75-80 for this......

You have a few weeks to decide if you pre-order it. You don't have that time if you don't and it disappears while you mill it over.

Megaman Legacy Collection is $29.99 retail, $24 with GCU/Prime. So yeah, $73 for just the statue is a bit hard to swallow, on the other hand not sure if they are even making these statues or if its just a batch that amazon got a hold of. Its not an official CE, just a pack amazon threw together - no one else is gonna be selling it.

The good news is amazon is putting its 20% preorder discount on it, I figure pre order now and cancel in 2 weeks if I want.

 
That statue is very similar to the Comic Con Exclusive Statue Capcom sold a few years back (I have 2). His head / face is slightly different but the stand looks the same as well as the fact both the helmet and buster light up.

They were priced at $100 each (it looks awesome up close) so the fact you are getting the physical game, the statue and an additional E-tank, Id say this bundle is worth it. Imo.

Where did you see this? Are you talking about the one with the big statue or the non statue one? If you're talking about the regular LE without the statue, it'll definitely go down more.

Looks nicer than I expected.

I'm guessing thats a different one though? This one has the Energy Tank, and it says it lights up when the left leg is touching it. That one looks like it just has a straight up base.

Actually, the 25th Anniversary statue was a 10" statue on a 6" base. This one is 9" with no base. I believe the 25th Anniversary one was also numbered and had three different areas that lit up (base, helmet and buster). I suspect this one is not the same quality, although we won't really know until someone unboxes one.

True but the statue itself is the same and the e-tank is a nicer accessory than the base in my opinion. I guess it is subjective on whether you like the e-tank or the base better. Kind of like the tanooki Mario exclusive from F4F came with the leaf accessory.

I definitely prefer the E-Tank. Would be cool if it lighted up as well.

 
Wow, am I dissapointed :(.  I dont get what good the "We'll notify you if this item comes back in stock" option for amazon is, if they dont email when it comes back in stock..... freakin pointless.

I had it set up to send me an email if it came back so i could leave work and go to the bathroom and put my order in (retail... not much phone time). but that apparently doesnt do anything. I cant even find a way to talk to an amazon rep to tell them this feature is broken and that I'm disappointed. It wont change anything, but atleast someone in Istanbul or Bangladesh can know I'm pretty pissed and not care.

So freakin lame. Any chance this comes back in stock once more at amazon? or that would be nearly impossible at this point?

Wait for release day, they almost always put more up from order cancellations and such.

 
Looks like the PS4 version of Dark Souls 3 CE is now sold out at both Best Buy and Amazon.  Was hoping it would see discounts like the CE for Dark Souls 2 but alas, that may not be the case this time.

 
Is there a CE for Far Cry Primal other than the $69.99 Deluxe edition with the steelbook and soundtrack?  This may be the first time I buy a Far Cry game at launch and I wouldn't mind going for the best version.

After buying DS2 CE on launch day and watching the price plummet, I forced myself to hold off on DS3 CE. I'm still banking on there being plenty on the shelf a few months after release.

I thought there was supposed to be one, though I think those sort of disappeared. Just seems to be the Deluxe with the SB.

There was one for Europe (although it was really just the steelbook, soundtrack and a "phrasebook" in a small outer box), but there was never one announced for the United States.

Yeah, I learned that the hard way before myself. Its really a pointless feature for any of the high-demand items we'd use it for. Most of the time the thing is sold out before you'd ever get an email. I never got notified about it (except here), but was able to get a preorder when I checked this thread.

Here's hoping it works out in your favor though!

 
Isn't Valkyria Chronicles, a 59.99 game? If yes, why get hung up over the 20% discount when you can get it for lot less (at 29.99)?

Of course, I may be mistaken and it was going to be a 29.99 game all along. In that case, *puffs up his chest* I am so pissed there is no 20% discount.

It's a $30 game. It's a remaster.

 
I'll just wait till they fix it, wouldn't mind them fixing it manually but just don't want to contact them

Hopefully tomorrow this will be resolved
