Regardless if this is a delay or a "delay" because of some issue with the processing scenario for these pre-orders, it's still a horribly bad idea for 2000 copies of a game to show up on eBay, since it's been sold out on BB.com for months after being pre-ordered, some people hearing that if their pre-orders weren't done after a certain date, they won't get their copies and then everyone gets a delay for those that did orders for shipment not in-store pickup.

Someone should tweet to Best Buy about that eBay listing. I'm curious as to how they'd respond.

I had to do a return on a media shelf I bought from Best Buy on eBay last year. A manager had to approve it and it was processed as a no receipt refund. The CSR had never done an eBay return or even knew Best Buy had an eBay precense.

A return/rebuy would almost definitely be at the managers discretion.

it didn't matter. he had actual preorders at GS. I just went to GS to see if they had extras. They did not.

pretty sure they mean dont' discuss yourself reselling.

i'm mad b/c he went to BB to get one that he didn't preorder. Then waltzed over to GS to get the 2 he did preorder. Good planning for him, I guess, but it pisses me off.
