Well anyone hoping pickup an extra FE SE, don't count on it. He line wrapped from the entrance on 48th St to 6th ave to 5th ave and it still wrapped around that corner close to 48th St again, at 12:15pm.
 
Mine just shipped, which is cool. But also still sucks because I wont get it today on release and I would have had free time this weekend to play as where all of next week I'm incredibly busy. It's supposed to arrive Monday, wish they did Sat shipping. They should have. Just hope it doesn't come in a bubble mailer.

 
I was only a few seconds away from putting out my stores 1 extra copy this morning when it was nabbed for what I'm guessing was an eBay order. There was about 15 people hoarding the door when we opened who rushed over to the Nintendo section looking for extras.

 
I picked up my FE SE at my local BB this morning. They mixed my order up with someone else's and it took them some time to sort it out, but they gave me an extra $20 off for my time without me saying a word to them about the delay. No complaints from me.

Man, I was wondering what's up with this thread, and the many notifications of it too.

Turns out to be FE: Fates and the LE situation, yeah...well, hope everything sorts itself out for the CAG'ers that'll get it eventaully, now and later.

 
Probably a mundane thing now but I picked up my FE SE today at opening at GS.  Only thing I worried about is that the store I PO'ed at went out of business and transferred the POs to another store.  Fortunately they had a list and I was one of the first few to pick mine up.  Pristine box and no hassle pick up included the keychains.

Still wished I grabbed it from BB so I can have a second one to play.  The two games on single cart is more appealing to me.  Guess I'll wait for one to show up preowned.

Received a shipping email a little more than an hour ago, though the UPS tracking # has no activity save that it's been created.    My guess is I'll see it on Tuesday.

I did bring up my displeasure with an Executive Resolutions Specialist who was nice enough to email me from his direct email with his phone #.  Much more useful item to have received than a gift card for the issue. :D

 
Mine shipped from best buy as well.  Ordered november with standard shipping.  Coming via UPS.  Will probably getting on monday...

A thousand apology emails with no result from some fake title "specialist" is still worth less than a $25 GC. :p

The guy I talked to isn't a fake specialist, he's a real one. When you ask for Hubert Joly by name as the person you're trying to speak with to the operator answering the main BB corp office number, you end up in the right area with people that can actually fix issues. :speaktothehand:

So my friends and I got too Fry's at 4:30am. We knew the store had 6 copies as we went in the day before and saw in their system that there was 6. We were told a voucher system will be there as well which was nice.

We get there and there are 2 people sleeping okn the ground. We bought chairs and movies so we didn't sleep the whole night. A girl came at 5:30 and was nownthe 6th in line. 6 more people came from 7:30 to 9:30.

Employees get there and the software department head hands out tickets at 9:30. She only hands out 5 though. The girl was devastated as she and pretty much all of us in the top 6 were told there was 6. She end up walking away with nothing though they took her name "just in case we get more shipments".

We end up heading to our car to get warm and wait till 10. About 30 people came out of nowhere at 9:45 demanding vouchers. Yes demanding. The manager said she already gave it out. One guy said it isn't fair, they didn't know about vouchers. My friends and I come out and explain that we did and got it because we waited hjours not 5 minutes for it. They quickly became quiet and rushed into the store to get it. They still didn't have vouchers though so it was a mess for the asociate. Either way, we showed her our vouchers and she got all 5 of us our games.

One of our friends who frequents lining up for launches got there when there were 8 people in line. We informed him that the local BestBuy told us they had 1 let that isn't for preorders. He managed to be first in line at 9pm (b/c everyone was heading to Fry's) and got the only copy when that BB opened. Happy it worked out for him too.

Could have been worst but they handled it very well.

I figured it was. We were in the store when they were about to close. A new employee scanned the barcode for the game and it showed 6 in the store at the computer he was using (made sure to take a look at it as he was doing it). It couldn't have been a preorders since they said they weren't honoring them.

She was truly excited to get it and drove the same 30 - 50 minutes I drove to get there. I was about to give her my order but I waited there longer and wasn't going to waste 6 hours for nothing.

Seen that happen first hand before. Its a really shitty feeling. We all knew an employee had to have brought/hid the last one.

But I wasnt gonna give up the console I had sat like 3 hours in the freezing cold for
