The last dlc guide by future press was the old hunters. That guide is worth a pretty penny now. I'm grabbing this for the rarity alone if it hits print.

Yeah...I was mainly commenting on the game / guide in general; I wasn't thinking from a collector's standpoint.

I didn't realize guides were seen as :

1. Relevant in the age of the Internet
2. Collector's items

Some of the guides have some killer artwork, covers etc. Almost like a rare book on your library to be honest. If your not into collecting, sure, it really isn't needed. I do like print though. Kinda old fashioned like that I guess. I hate when my phone screen shuts off. Anyways, valid point you bring up.

Nice find! I think I may still be in the price match window for Elite Plus so I guess I will give it a shot to price adjust my launch copy.

Update: Best Buy refused to do a price match since the sale is during BF weekend. Guess I will have to do a rebuy and return with my old receipt then.

Damn, sweet deal, as I was just over on Bethesda's site checking on the deals, and saw they still have stock of this. I think I'm gonna wait for the 50% off, as it's sure to happen at some point, especially direct from Bethesda. They had crazy discounts for the last Wolfenstein CE, and it was like that for a very long time.

Sure; I can totally understand that. I'm more of an artbook collector. I love those. I just received The Art of Horizon : Zero Dawn (I wonder if I should have waited for an inevitable Frozen Wilds addition) and the OOP Assassin's Creed Encyclopedia 3.0 Edition yesterday.

Oh yeah, the Panzerhound Edition? I remember picking it up for $50 on sale from Bethesda, thinking "why did I buy this" moved because it was so huge... but glad I did seeing the eBay prices on it now.

And if you have GCU, it is 50% off now...;)

Ehh picked up the Wolf2 CE. Since I paid $25 on black Friday for the standard I might as well spend the little bit extra to upgrade. Will head over to my store later to exchange it 😊

I'm late on this, but I decided I want the Xenoblade 2 CE from BB.  It's not available online any more, but is there a chance this is available to preorder in store?

I bought mine for $50, but I think they went lower than that.

I remember them sticking around quite a while, even though they only made 5,000 of them. There was no game because they wanted to make it console neutral so people could buy the game for whatever platform and add the CE contents if they wanted it.

 
Does anyone know if Axiom Verge Multiverse Edition is indeed coming to the US for the Wii U? Can't find info, although I tweeted at creator a long while back, but he said "In Sept"

I asked the same question recently... seems like nobody knows. The last thing anyone heard was that they were trying to find a retailer to sell the Wii U version in NA. Nobody knows if the game's already been produced or not even.

Yep, that was the one. I almost bought it several times, as it was always on sale. But without the game, I really just had to pass it by. The longer these types of thing sit, the better the deal offered.

It sucks, as there is no way to tell when the bottom has been reached. So you just have to set your own personal "bottom", and buy once reached. Yeah, I don't have GCU(thank God), otherwise I would probably be buying tons of things I don't need more and more just due to the price. LOL

I'm pretty sure it was $50, for a good long while. As I always thought the price was pretty great even without a game, but I guess I just never had the funds, or enough interest at any given time. When it first launched, I thought it was gonna be around awhile, as the price was to high, and the qty's where way over board. I see so many really good sales on their site year round, as they have really high LE numbers for most things, and once the interest in the game dies, so do the items moving from shelves.

They have a few items where the demand is right, and the qty's low, but those are few and far between. I've been burned on almost every LE art/guide book I've bought from them in recent years. As they almost always reach half off, or more over a long period. But as shown with the Panzerhound Edition, prices will go up, it's just a matter of how long.

That's cool.  I've got one of those middle splitting Funimation chipboard boxes and don't care for it at all.  I like the artwork much better on the US Xenoblade set. 

now if only NoA would stop making them out of paper... :whistle2:k

I wanted to order some import CEs from Amazon. My bank won't allow int'l purchases. So can I just buy for example Amazon credit from Amazon DE and just use it on Amazon DE? Not sure if any other way to order other than getting someone to order for me and pay them, which is a last resort.

 
Can't wait to get Xenoblade on Friday, really excited for the artbook as well, the art style has really grown on me after seeing more of the characters and the concept sketches and such.

I'm hoping it has a lot of pages covering the Guest Blades as well.

 
Mafia III came today. It's a lot bigger and heavier than I was expecting! I almost didn't know what it was.

How would that help? If you buy credit from Amazon DE, that is still a foreign purchase. Amazon credit can be purchased in dollars on many Amazon sites, but the entity selling it to you will still be the foreign Amazon entity for which you are purchasing credit.

 
Got my Wolfenstein II CE from Best Buy.  Looks to be a floor model from a store.  I'm prob gonna return this shit.  So much crap I don't need.

 
Accidentally ordered a 2nd Xenoblade II LE from Best Buy, Amazon's on route. The EU version is preparing to dispatch from Amazon DE. Don't really want two but I'm a big fan of both box arts.
