  • Why put it all in one thread? More traffic due to collaborating interests.
  • Why is that important? This keeps the thread popular and doesn't risk a failed CE from falling through the cracks unnoticed. 
  • What can be discussed here? Anything relevant to what is posted.
  • Why make another CE compilation? Karma. 
  • Where are the big pictures? Still here, scroll down. Due to the increased number of CEs, a preface post is needed. 
  • When is the Final Fantasy XVI CE? Not announced. Granted, IF it does, you can bet I will devote an entire page to it. 
  • What about other CEs that have been announced? Give me a minute. It takes a bit of time to format the title, price, date, & retailer links in correctly.
  • What about the Book/Steelbook/Console/Misc. Picture Posts? I condensed the thread. Not necessary to include pictures for all those items. They will still be included in the Everything List post.

The deep discount Metroid pre-orders got cancelled if that makes anyone feel better about not going for it.  The hold charge is still showing pending.

Does deep discount ever actually get these types of editions?

A few times a year they list some type of CE or SE and seemingly every single time everyone gets their orders cancelled so I’m curious why they even bother to waste everyone’s time listing them.
 
This is what I get for actually doing my job.  The one time the CE is up for more than 1.234352816 minutes, I'm away from my desk and elbows deep in chemical waste.  By the time I see it, it's gone...again. 

But hey, at least I now have gotten the product in my Gamestop cart, twice!  That has to count for something, right? /sarcasm

I believe that the launch steelbook edition for SMT V will be semi-rare after launch. They must be making only so many steelbooks

If you are even partly interested in the game, don’t ignore the regular launch edition. Especially if not interested in CE or not planning to open it

 
I can confirm that I was able to get a WIS order placed, but only via a Pro membership (which the customer ahead of me let me use to place my own order). My regular membership gave the dead link that people are reporting. FYI - 6 people inquired during my 15 min in the store.  There is certainly demand for the item, and I'm VERY glad that I now have an order locked in.

 
Bestbuy CA already put up and sold out SMT V Premium Edition, meanwhile Bestbuy US still probably have no clues what's going on

I agree the extras are kind of dumb. Under normal circumstances I'd probably just opt for the launch edition, but I think this is going to be rare and worth something.

 
I'm just super pumped that I was able to get one at BestBuy.  I'm openly considering cancelling my Gamestop WIS, given that I had to use someone else's (e.g. stranger) Pro Rewards account to order it. 

 
Wow I was hoping to get it on Best Buy instead of amazon.  That sold out crazy fast.  Least I have one tho, SMT is one of the few series I still get CEs for.  Now I just gotta hope I get lucky and Amazon doesnt run it over before they ship it to me.
