Yeah, I may not be able to wait and might have to pick it up this weekend since im out of town (visiting the parents) and have limited entertainment options.

riddick is dead. i just got off the phone with customer service (i was on hold for like a half hour) asking when it would be up... turns out it is definitely completely sold out and they dont know when they'll get their next shipment. he suggested going to a B&M, but i cant, because im at work. :(

I bought a Riddick in store for $9.99 . . . but its not sealed. I got another through a price match at another store to keep.

If anyone wants the "new" but open one from EBgames, PM me.

I'll ship it to you for $15 (basically cost when you figure 50 cents tax, $2.50 shipping, paypal fee, etc.)

WTF? There was like 6 games on that list last night. This is crap. Like guyver said, this deal is supposed to be ALL GH,PH,PC games, not just some list that has games that are $19.99. Believe me, I'm glad to have gotten KD and J&D1, but this is still some BS.

Anyone go to the B&M for this deal? Are they allowing ALL GH,PH,PC games into this deal or just some crap-ass list they have?
 
I went to the B&M, ALL PH were in the deal, I also got the last Riddick and a few good 75% off used PC games (all used PC games under $14.99 are 75% off!)
 
I picked up The Suffering XB and True Crimes GC for $25.

i Also grabed Devil May Cry, Mario Sunshine, Eternal Darkness for $28 with the Buy 2 get 1 free deal. Great Stuff

What a day for gamers... especially CAG'ers! hahaha, got up and went B&M. I got Crimson Skies and Second Sight for $25! And I also picked up Spiderman 2 and the last copy of Riddick (it was the display case and he took out the new disc and manual from the drawer). I tried swinging something by complaining about the case and how crusty and nasty it looked but $9.99 was the bottom line. :? Either way, insanely good deal at about $59 for all 4 games. Sorta like $15 for each. What a day, what day. Too bad I already have ESPN NFL 2K5, otherwise I would've jumped all over the madden deal too. Don't have enough time for 2 football games. While on the subject of too many games.

I agree with the thread someone posted about this CAG business being more addicting than drugs. Since finding this website, I have bought more quality games than I have time to play. I literally have 16 new A list games that I've opened (just to make sure they work and for the thrill of putting a new game into my system like a little kid at Christmas) but have yet to put in more than 10minutes to each! :roll: Look what you've done to me CheapD!!!!! :shock: hahaha, but really though, thanks for having such a great site, I wish this site existed ages ago. :)

I could of done this in store earlier but all I really wanted was Animal Crossing. What sucks even more was that Best Buy apparently doesn't carry it anymore.
 
The 2 for $25 deal isn't as great as you all think. With $2 shipping that is $13.50 a game.....you can get them $15.00 at BB with GGC.


Its only a $1.50 savings. And the 2 games I really wanted Second Sight and Sonic Collection were not part of the deal.

Not the best deal ever, but picked up Fable, Crimson Skies and Full Spectrum Warrior for about 70 bucks. They should last long enough to justify paying that much so, and supposedly are all excellent games.
 
Actually, B&M had Second Sight for xbox included in the 2For25 deal. That's what I meant, sorry, should have posted that earlier. I went to the store also thinking "hmmm, if it's in the PS2 lineup, is it also for Xbox?" And so I got to the store and asked the clerk. (This is the Rockefeller center store in NYC, the salesperson is H-O-T, she's usually there on slow mornings and midday for those in NYC) She didn't reply (looking all po-ed for having to wake up so early and go to work... but she still looked INCREDIBLY HOT LOL!) so I assumed it was a go. When she rang it up, it came up as 2 for $25 (the other game being Crimson Skies). Sorry for all the run-on thoughts, but for those who have had the privelage of going to the Rockefeller EB, you'll know what I mean. :p :wink:

$1.50 is still cash. If you were going to buy a title anyway and had the choice to drive to Best Buy to pay $15 plus tax or sit on your ass at home and pay $13.50 plus tax, what would you do?
 
I ordered KD and ESPN NBA2K5 for PS2 online and used my credit from the Max Payne 2 and Alias deal. So total cost........$0.00!!! I was trying to get the Sims:Bustin Out for my daughter at the B&M, but no one had it. I have about $23 in credit for B&M, sucks.

With the $1.99 shipping tossed in there, it made the 2FOR25 a bit weak for me, having most of what was on the block, though even without the shipping, it was only OK, with the goofy selection they had.
 
luckily i ordered earlier this morning..madden 2005, jak II, and another ps 2 game..i didn't want to use my CC again and decided to go to the store..i wasn't aware of the noon ending time, i thought that was only online..anways, i get there about 12:15, the guy had a riddick and was about to sell it for 9.99, then his co -worer said a used one is back to 25..oh well, i wish i just ordered online...any other deals out there? i really want SSBM for the GC...everyone has it at 29.99
 
i went to eb today to trade in my old ps2..i was first told i could get 100 credit, then later the worker said i could get only 70..i decided to buy used games from them to get the 150 credit..he wouldn't let me by the cheap games for around 5-9 dollars..the only used games i could use for the deal were around 17-20..not worth it at all, i'd be spending more than i should.. so i just kept the system..eb list of games seems like a rip off..they basically want new games

If I purchase through EB for this deal I would be also taxed which puts it at $14.12 a game which isn't far off from the BB with GGC price but this is a good deal if you were buy games that are hard to find at BB like Katamari Damacy. The three games I was interested were James Bond EON, Midway Arcade Treasure 2, and Viewtiful Joe. All these games are readily available from Best Buy. I just have too many damn games thanks to CAG it will take me 3 years of constant playing to beat all the games I have right now dammit.

I mentioned taxes. If anything, including tax will widen the difference.

$14.48 per game at EB.
$16.08 per game at Best Buy.
 
For the EBgames 2 for $25, was FSA eligible for it?
Also, it was new games, right? Or was it pre-owned?
I had no clue about the 2 for $25 deal, so clueless...I was hopped up on the 160 HD from Office Max :p
 
I traded in an XBX + 7 games and only got $143.

I had 5 games, but 2 were 'excluded' locally despite not being on the list online, so I drove home and got 2 more (this after driving home to get a cable I forgot, during Black Fri traffic). So I got 2 more games that were included, yet in the final thing, with 5 included games PLUS 2 excluded, only got $143. I was told that 'all the extra credit for the offer was applied'. Great, so why wasn't it $150? He said that only 4 of my 7 qualified, but that's BS, because when they rung it up with only 3 qualifying, it DIDNT APPLY ANY BONUS. Therefore, if it applied a bonus, 5 HAD TO QUALIFY.

So if 5 qualified, how did I not get $150? And then I had to pay $11 for a fucking 6-mo warranty on a PS2, bringing it almost up to the price of a new one. And the pack in controller WAS A DAMN MAD CATZ ONE! And one of the PS1 cards I got last week won't work and I lost the receipt.

I hate EB.
