Yeah, pretty amazing since the 2 stores I went to were completely wiped out of anything I would want after the last sale. I'd check a couple of more stores, but I don't have time today and I'm pretty satisfied with what I got already. Hopefully, some people will find some stuff they want to trade for some of those games I got.

Edit: Crap, I just realized I already had Breath Of Fire III, so add that one to the list of available games for trade as well.

Also, I bought Cruis'n World for the N64 and Puzznic ($1.99) and Vegas Dreams ($1.99) for the NES, and traded them at a local game shop for Season 2 of Dead Like Me. The GameCrazy I went to said they had no idea that any 3 for $15 on classic games was going on :p The guy told me he'd had calls about it but he'd have to wait until his manager came in to find out if they're doing a sale or not.

I might stop back in, but at this point I doubt it. I didn't see anything spectacular when I looked around today anyway.

one worker had no clue what 3 for 15 was and what is even more funny they was trying to say the flyer i had wasnt theirs even though it said

went to 3 stores. 1st 2 stores were lame as crap they didn't have anything. the 3rd store which is the store i always go to always has a bunch of stuff. i gots:

Dragon warrior 7: near mint disks
Tales of Destiny: very fine not near mint
Legend of Mana: very fine, complete.

all for 15 bux :) after traveling about 20 miles or so it was worth the trip.

they had a record of lodoss war for DC but it was all screwed up and it was peeling.
and they had marvel vs capcom 2 for DC which didn't work at all (i was pissed since i am hardcore in this game....look at my sig lol)

I also ran into a guy outside who was disappointed that he couldn't trade in his two systems for cash. So I took a look inside his box...an NES in nice condition with about 15 cart only games and light gun and a PSOne in nice shape with a few shitty games. I asked him how much he wanted, he said $25, I paid him! Whee!

When I got the GBC games, the guy said he didn't think they were part of the deal. So I asked him to get a flier - he saw that it was. They still wouldn't scan. So he had to call some people...eventually I got them and I kept looking around in the store anyway, so no big deal.

I didn't find 1/3 as much as I did during the last sale. Last time I found a GC that had lots of good Saturn games, but when I went by there tonight I found out that they recently "gotten rid of" their Saturn inventory.

zelda dx is pretty decent for 5. zelda seasons i'd only get 1 copy for yourself/1 for trade imo. it doesn't go for too much unless it's complete w/box and book.

record of lodoss war i wouldn't get unless it's near mint even if disk only. they had a copy in my gamestore but after about 10 min of looking at it i didn't get it. it was way too scratched up and if u own a DC, you know that semi scratched up games wont even work.

Hit up the first GC today, picked up some PS CD-only games, all for trade: Kartia (good condition), Threads of Fate (great condition), and Alundra 2 (great condition).

For the record, my spectrum runs: very poor, poor, good, great, near mint, mint

I would love the N64 Mario Tennis/Golf/Party games, if at all possible.
 
yea, they had a bunch of saturn games that werent displayed, but I had known about them and there was disc only(somewhat beaten up, rebuffed though) of dragon force for 3 bucks

I went to those, but also the two on William Cannon and the one on Wells Branch. Don't bother with Cedar Park either, the employees there were trying to tell me some bullshit like they "aren't participating" in this sale which doesn't make any sense since this is chain-wide. Sounds like the manager is just being a dick. They don't have any good stuff anyway.

I went to the Wells Branch store today to pick up some games I special ordered, and asked about the Game Gear games. The worker said someone came in yesterday and asked how many they had, and then proceeded to buy all 150 games they had. That wouldn't happen to have been you would it?
