Be aware that not all Sears are alike, so prices are definitely YMMV.
List
  • date = date posted or updated
  • cp = current price
  • opp = old posted price
  • (oos) = out of system
  • * = posted at different prices (more than twice, most are)
Colors
  • white = current update
  • dark gray = old (ie. out of stock items)
if the prices are not updated in over a month, it will be colored as dark gray.

notes:
  • Don't turn this into your own trade list. Don't ask people if they want to trade X game for your Y game. PM is the best way to ask. Do your trading on the Sears Trade Thread.
  • Print UPC-A barcodes if you're having a hard time getting someone to open the cases for you. If you need UPCs refer to Half.com (just type the name of the game) or to io's kmart clearance thread. Go to either UPCDatabase.com or Barcodesinc.com to generate a UPC A barcode.
  • If you bring up a game and the employee scans it and does not show up in the system, it is most likely that the item has been pulled out of their inventory (most of us would call it 'out of system'). What this means is that the item must be returned to the manufacturer (so they were told anyways, but i don't believe it..). You can try to get them to sell it to you for the stickered price shown or maybe lower. It depends on the employee or manager.
  • Some of you are confused as to why some games are priced and rung up at retail prices but its listed below as clearanced at their respective clearance prices. Heres a good example:
    • 100607 ... 01.97 ... 09.97 ... Dead or Alive 4 (Non PH) *
    • ^^^^^ notice how the last reported price was October 6, 2007. The Platinum Hits version was also on clearance since it shared the Regular version's barcode. But they put the price back up in retail a few months later. Hence you still see the game now as retail instead of clearance.

Mostly to reduce lists being copied and pasted on other forums and hoarders I guess. A few people are upset that the kmart clearance list was on sd or fw, just giving an open option.
 
The printed upc barcodes worked like a charm. I should have done this sooner. I printed out a bunch but I forgot to bring along a pen so I do not remember all the prices.

Onimusha 2 Samurai's Destiny dropped to $1.97 at my local Sears store but the lone copy I was keeping an eye on was nowhere to be found.:(

thanks for the comments! i had this format in my head for awhile. i was planning on doing the target thread but target sucks as far as clearance games (since they now resort to donating/selling to goodwill all the remaining stuff that didn't sell). ill try my best to help you out just let me know.

:lol: Am I deserving? The only thing I've hoarded from info gained on here was guides and if I had a digi cam that wasn't wonky right now, I'd snap a pic of all the ones I'm permanently stuck with. Let's just say it's ALOT though, barring any pics, so I learned my lesson. Now, if only some local stores would have games I want from last gen and have them properly priced.
 
Went to Irving Mall (Tx) yesterday, they had 4-5 DOA4 non-PH for 360, but they were $16.97 (marked as $34, I believe).

No other goodies that I was looking for.
 
Confirmed the new drops on the PSP accessories in Greenwood, IN. They only had one battery left (for $3, I couldn't pass it up), but there were still lots of AC adapters, car adapters, battery chargers, and accessory bags all for $2.97.

They also had Mario Tennis Advance for $4.97, as someone else reported for another store. Nothing else interesting on the clearance rack... just a bunch of poker games.
 
the psp batteries ive been seeing are priced at $19.97 to $24.97. the pink sticker says august.. bought these yesterday

ps2 shadow of the colossus - $8.97
ps2 metal gear 3 subsistence - $14.97

mgs3subsistence is still too much at every location i find it at. i might return it and rebuy it later.
 
So does the stuff have to be in the area marked "clearance," or will it still ring up as a clearance price if in the case?

yeah basically. but ymmv on the prices since the prices at sears are sometimes different.

Depends on the store, but the games will ring up whatever price that store has them in the system. Regardless of their ticketed price.
 
I grabbed Tales of Phantasia for GBA the other day for about $12. Not too bad, since I've been looking for this game (at a reasonable price) for ages. I also was able to snag Ape Escape 3 for about $7 at a different Sears.
 
Thanks for the list OP! The Sears near me had a rack in the aisle with the clearanced items. They weren't marked all the way down, but there was a sign saying to take an extra 75% off. The only thing they had that I was looking for was Mario Party 7. It rang up at 35.97, so I paid $9 + tax after the discount.
 
I picked up PSP Lemmings for $10 with tax last night, it was tagged at 9$ but actually range up as 23$ and had to be overriden.
 
anyone know what day or part of the month sears lowers prices on? I'd like to schedule a few of my next trips accordingly.
 
Totally forgot to mention two other things I noticed. The Greenwood, IN Sears also had at least half a dozen of both of the following:

X360 metallic blue face plate - $2.97
X360 "wooden" face plate - $2.97

Well I found a ton of Mario Strikers for the cube at my sears. They were $7.97 though. I still bought 12 of them. 1 for me 11 for EBAY! No I kid, I bought one for me and one for my little bro.

I think I got confused when I saw True Swing Golf cause I thought it was only a few bucks but it didn't ring up. So he said he'd probably be able to sell it to me for $25. I passed.

I'll be going back tomorrow when I have more time to price a few more games.

Mario Party 7 Gamecube Bundle w/ extra controller - $73.97

i bought them both.
 
I found the Mario Kart bundle for $59.97, Pokemon XD bundle for $99.97, and regular GameCube for $99.97.

I'm going back for the Mario Kart bundle next Friday when I get paid.

i'd love to have that pokemon bundle but its expensive. ive been trying to find that one.
 
In the OP list, it says Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath on the Xbox is $9.99. That's the frontlane version, not a Sears clearance version. Also, it probably is going down to $4.99 as I've seen frontlane versions of that with that price sticker.

My local had the woody 360 face plate and metallic blue one for $0.74

Oooh, a comprehensive Sears clearance thread, I like it. I just wish Sears was as consistent as Kmart :)lol: - that's saying something). I've only ever found 1 or 2 things at Sears in all the times I've bothered checking there. But this list will be nice if I ever find myself in the mall again.

I scanned a Luigi's Mansion today at $19.99 :(

And an employee was using self scanner to check all the clearance stickered stuff. It appeared the only things being lowered since Sept. was a few accesories.
 
The Sears in Stockton, CA had many of the games on the list... but most rang up at prices that were much higher than our list's prices.

Gamecube Double Dash Bundle 49.97

One bundle looked like a seal had been opened. I was in a hurry so I didn't have time to thoroughly check it out. This store keeps bringing stuff out from the back as I hadn't seen these before, nor the GC player they brought out a while back.

Also, the MAT3s were part of a 50% off red dot sale and I passed because both employees were helping people in the hd tv department and who knew how long that would take. Gone today. Feeling the need to break out the DC for Rush 2049 and Hydro Thunder....

So unless there is some new stuff being added to the clearance or it just takes them a few weeks to enter new prices on software....pretty much nothing has dropped.

It might remain that way until the first or second month of next year =/

My Sears (Antioch Mall) put the $19.99 and under bins back in the game section. I've never found any of the cheap games there but did find the cheap PSP accessories a few weeks ago. Nice work OP!
