Be aware that not all Sears are alike, so prices are definitely YMMV.


List

• date = date posted or updated
• cp = current price
• opp = old posted price
• (oos) = out of system
  
• * = posted at different prices (more than twice, most are)

Colors

• white = current update
• dark gray = old (ie. out of stock items)

if the prices are not updated in over a month, it will be colored as dark gray.

notes:

• Don't turn this into your own trade list. Don't ask people if they want to trade X game for your Y game. PM is the best way to ask. Do your trading on the Sears Trade Thread.
• Print UPC-A barcodes if you're having a hard time getting someone to open the cases for you. If you need UPCs refer to Half.com (just type the name of the game) or to io's kmart clearance thread. Go to either UPCDatabase.com or Barcodesinc.com to generate a UPC A barcode.
  
• If you bring up a game and the employee scans it and does not show up in the system, it is most likely that the item has been pulled out of their inventory (most of us would call it 'out of system'). What this means is that the item must be returned to the manufacturer (so they were told anyways, but i don't believe it..). You can try to get them to sell it to you for the stickered price shown or maybe lower. It depends on the employee or manager.
• Some of you are confused as to why some games are priced and rung up at retail prices but its listed below as clearanced at their respective clearance prices. Heres a good example:
  • 100607 ... 01.97 ... 09.97 ... Dead or Alive 4 (Non PH) *
  • ^^^^^ notice how the last reported price was October 6, 2007. The Platinum Hits version was also on clearance since it shared the Regular version's barcode. But they put the price back up in retail a few months later. Hence you still see the game now as retail instead of clearance.

I picked up Redemption from a Kmart for $5 about 6 months ago, then flipped it to Gamestop during the current 30% more deal for $15-17 or so after promo.

Considering it was sitting on my TL collecting dust for so long, it was a blessing once I knew how much the damn game was worth to GS.

Stopped by Sears today. They supposedly marked down more games with pink clearance stickers, but nothing had changed for the games I wanted.

Eternal Sonata was still $19.99. It works like this: if the pink sticker has the current month printed on it, the update has been made and the price likely is accurate. If the sticker has a previous month, the update hasn't been made and the game likely will ring up for a lower price.

There were two Guitar Hero: World Tour II kits for $39.99. They were hidden away from the game section, but still are a great deal, considering World Tour is a lot better than Aerosmith kit, which is the same price at Virgin Records.

I went out this morning looking for the SingStar PS3 bundles not expecting to find any, and wound up finding 3 of them for $9.97 each. Two were in great condition and one had destroyed packaging on the outside but the inside contents were fine.

I kept the beat up one for myself and am sending one to my mom and one to my wife's sister as Christmas gifts. I bought them PS3's early last year when financial industry was still booming and I was making tons of cash. Now they have to settle for something a little easier on the wallet .

My wife will enjoy watching the videos of her sister and the rest of her family back home though. They used to karaoke together all the time.

When you make $10k - 15k a month, its easy to splurge a few hundred on friends and family. Not so much now though ... ?. I made just over 10k in Jan of this year ... Feb and March ... barely over 1.5k a month.

It got to the point where things were so unstable I had to move to a salaried position so that I had at least some sort of steady income. I don't make as much now, but I least I know I'm getting a paycheck every two weeks.

Check Armored Core 4 and Warhawk. I don't know if he would like Warhawk though. If you find AC4 and it's really cheap let me know.

Armored Core 4 was $19.97 when I scanned it last week. Warhawk (with the headset) was $24.97.
