Yeah there was a drop today. I dont have any type of list but I noticed a couple games dropped from 12.97 to 9.97. The significance of that might be that Sears is dropping games down a but more. Before they were dropping 12.97 to like 10.97. Hopefully they get back on the $5 drop trend soon.

I wonder if that means that Rainbow Six Vegas 2 dropped from $14.97 or whatever it was last month to $10.97 or cheaper. I'd pick it up at $10 or under for something to play besides GTA and GTA clones.:lol:

At the one I went to there were very few games left. Wii and Rock Band accessories all dropped a little more. THe rock band guitar strap is down to .97 from 2.97. The Wii connect is 9.97 and the Wii Wireless sensor is 2.97 as reported. Got a Nerf DSLite case for 2.97. The few games:

360 Unreal Tournament 3 still 10.97

three PSP games had OCT stickers for 14.97:
Secret Agent Clank was one and R-Type something something darkside or something was another. Sorry I don't have a PSP so I didn't take note.
Oh and some Petz or imagine games were 4.97 for DS.
 
Saw some random price drops as mentioned, but scanned a bunch of games for different systems and couldn't find anything new added to the clearance cycle.

Might have to wait until after the holidays for a new batch of stuff like the goldmine we had in March/April.

I completely agree about trying to buy something street dated early. No right to be pissed about that since you know you're trying to get it early and potentially get the store in trouble. That being said, Sears workers should have given that as the reason, not the Taliban bs.

On a slightly unrelated note, I haven't kept up with the MoH thing, are there really "Taliban" versions and "OF" versions? That seems so stupid. Should have put out as scheduled and patched like IW did No Russian.

I'm just shocked that Sears seems to be putting some clearance games up on their site now. Kmart did that for a while last year or so sometime, but they stopped doing that after a while.

Now if only the clearance items on their site would 100% match the ones currently in store right down to the current price.

I'd say there's a 99.9% chance they are all GH. They are still in print from SE and that's probably why they are available at all.

I put Chrono Cross, Final Fantasy Anthologies, Final Fantasy Origins, and Final Fantasy IX in my cart. CC and FFIX show as being GH, but the FFA and FFO have no mention

:lol:Maybe it's just that I've taken a different approach to gaming the past couple of gens since I don't really keep a 'collection', so I don't really care what color the cases/discs are as I never keep them long enough to give a damn.

But if you have such an issue with silver/grey cases you know I have about 20 spare green 360 cases for only a buck each.;):applause:

Sorry, but you fail. You forget that I have ~250 cases left, including 20 blank green 360 cases.
 
Yeah. I'm selling them 1-2 at a time and in many cases I'm selling JUST the artwork or manuals at times, but I'm still making money since shipping costs are on TOP of the costs I listed for each item.;)

Are the Rock Revolution instruments compatible with the Guitar Hero and vice versa? Or is guitar hero just the guitar...hence the name?

The Rock Revolution bundle with drum set is also on sale.
 
I hate going into Sear's, the one right down the street ALWAYS has the same girl working the register, who stares at me everytime i walk in like im a demon or something.

And the moment i ask her to scan something (Even if its just one game), she snatches them out of my hand with a scowl on her face

My closest Sears is just insulting, they either never update the prices or think they can pass games off as clearance at MSRP. Either way it pisses me off and honestly insults me. I've found some cool stuff in the distant past, but not even close to recently.

What's stupid is they have this clearance bin out front that is always full, and similarly priced items in a separate glass case (separate from the main ones) in another aisle with tons of other cheap msrp games. And as others have said, sometimes finding somebody to scan something is more trouble then it's worth, they just need to put some "scan it yourself" stations in Sears.
 
I don't, I just use that entrance to the mall a lot since it has automatic sliding doors and it's easy with the stroller ... games are right inside the entrance 8o)

Of course they are conspiring against me since they know I use that entrance, every time I walk in they ask if I need help and if I glance at the games they walk over to me looking hopeful that I will finally fall for their elaborate plan to get me to buy an overpriced "clearance" game. I'm sure if I bought one they'd put the display away that very evening and all celebrate with cake and ice cream after work.

They may have some scanners but it's just that you didn't find them as of yet. I've had to go to housewares(bed sheets n shit) or the hardware section of my local Sears stores to find a working scanner before. What's funniest is when you're bringing back a stack of games you just scanned and you get the look like they think you're stealing something.

That's why I always fill out those surveys anymore, especially with the results that occured due to me filling out the last one when I couldn't get the football nuts to stop watching some sports conference to help me.
