just saw this too except from them my email. but thanks anyway. btw just bought one since i only have fightpad and it cheap and SSF4 coming soon.
 
Great post, i purchased this back in the day for 80 and sold it on ebay for 150, but i always wanted to own one for my collection will pick one up thanx op
 
This isn't bad. Just know that if you want to mod this with an arcade-quality joystick and push buttons (and you probably do), that will add $50 or so to this.

If you're investing in an arcade stick, you don't want it to be wireless. From what I understand the cords are nice and long so it shouldn't be an issue for most players anyway.
 
How does the feel of the case feel compared to the TE? I can switch out the sticks no problem but does the rest of the it feels as cheap?

I keep forgetting about complaints that wireless sticks usually have some lag time in them. Good advice, man.

No problem, man. I just don't want you to miss out on a good deal because of something like the lack of wireless. From everything I've heard, precision controls just aren't worth it if there's even the slightest risk of lag.

It's cheap. My bro did the same, but ended up selling his modded stick at a loss to get the TE stick for $100.
 
I've been wanting to pick one of these up for a while but having never played on one I'll wait until there's a great deal on the TE sticks (which I also haven't tried but hear are superior). Thanks anyway, OP! If I wasn't a stickler I'd be all over it. :D

got my stick the other day the buttons don't bother me but that joystick is pretty crappy and I'm gonna replace it with a sanwa stick as soon as I get some cash to throw down.
 
Will the OP or a mod please put (DEAD) in the title? This keeps popping up on the main page and I get my hopes crushed everytime I check :p
