supadupacheap sent me 5 $1 BB Mc'D's codes the day before they were going to expire, via PM. I tried to use them and BB.com wouldn't take them and they were valid codes. I contacted BB and told them about it, and a few days later, then sent me 10 $1 codes via email, except one of them wasn't working. I emailed them about it, and it turned into a month's worth of pandemonium, with tons of time trying to get BB to fix the mistake and they didn't.

Ended up calling their corporate office and bitched them up one side and down the other. After that was done with, they sent me a $25 GC for my troubles. It arrived today.

Mike's a hell of a nice guy and goes well out of his way to help out fellow CAGs and for that, he's invaluable.
