This started out as a sale like any other, Kayden picking out my copy of Wild Arms 3, us working out terms and him sending quick payment. Shipped out the next day and according to the USPS, it arrived on Tuesday.
Well, as it seems, it didn't end up getting delivered after all. I checked with Kayden and he said he didn't get the box. He also checked with the management office at his apartment complex and they said the same thing. I called the post office for his area and raised a stink with them, giving them the DC on the box, description on the box and everything. No phone call the next day, so I called them again, and after a few more calls, they checked everything from top to bottom and couldn't find it, so they called it lost. Once they said so, I immediately refunded Kayden's money in full. I'll file a report for my lost postage in 30 days, though still doesn't make me happy. Over 150 boxes shipped in my time, and not a single one gone lost.
Kayden's been more than accomidating in this situation, and I could easily have seen him blow a gasket over it. He was calm, cool, and collected through the whole thing. He didn't need to leave me feedback on it, since the deal never made it to completion, and he leaves me a 12 rating? Whoa. :shock: Hell of a nice guy in a bad situation. I certainly hope we'll have dealings again in the future, since I'd like to actually do some business where he gets something. Very highly recommended.
