Have you registered your serial number of your X1? Did they get to the point of checking your account? That was the process I went through. I guess it really depends who you get in chat.

Yep. They said I first logged in to my Xbox One X on Nov 7, the promo started on Dec 17, and they couldn't do it.

Got my PUBG code last night. All I had to do was ask if I was eligible (preordered a Scorpio Edition from the Microsoft online store) and wait about 30 minutes for the guy to “look into it”

I told them I bought an Xbox one x and I never got my copy of PUBG. He asked when I bought it? I told him the day it was released. He said he would check his system and replied that I qualified for the copy of the game. Proceeded to email me the code and also provided the code there in the chat.

Some background:. I pre-ordered the Xbox One X Scorpio Ed the day it was announced and got it though the mail on release day from Microsoft.

Just contact them via support chat. It took me two tries to get it. Don’t call them idiots either that wont help.
