WAY too much fucking work. Especially when you've burned 600+ CDs/DVDs. My shredder would melt before it hit 50.

No thanks, I'll keep paying $10/mo to my usenet provider and not have to worry about a damn thing. :) Log files stored in /dev/null ftmfw!

Yeah, that's what I thought. I was thinking about using Peer Guardian so I read up on it. A lot of people said it doesn't make one difference or another if you use it....they can still track your IP info when you're using it.

That's the whole thing about BT-- it's luck of the draw. I don't think I've heard of anyone getting busted within 8 hours, but there are people who have been lucky and have been using it for years, and people who download a couple albums and get hit with lawsuits.

I think they just roll out small, highly publicized busts every once in a while to scare people...

yea, i noticed that also. Many recent torrents are missing
 
Yeah, just give it a few days. Hopefully things return to normal, as I had to go to piratebay just to download the newest Prison Break.
