Okami (PS2) reprint only at Gamestop/ EB?

Is the Okami reprint for the ps2 only available at Gamestop? Or can I find it elsewhere like Best Buy, there's no listing for it on the Best Buy site; so I'm guessing it is like a reprint isolated to a certain chain? Clarify?

Well, they're not really reprints... the game just hit GH status which meant they could re-release it as $20 GH title.
 
That's good I've wanted to get Okami for a long time but didn't want to pay full price for it. So if it's GH then that's awesome and I'll be sure to pick up a copy.
