Maybe not right away, but in the coming weeks/first couple months of the new hardware's release probably so. Dipping below 130 might be a stretch but I could see then at 150 or less a la Black Friday deals.
I know you can get a refurbished 3DS XL from the Nintendo Store (online) for $130 plus 5 for shipping and handling. I've read from other CAGs that Nintendo's refurbished hardware looks to be open box new. When the new model comes out they might have a sale so keep your eyes on that site.
