$19.99 b/c
This INCLUDES the Guncon 2!
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Someone snatched it, right as I was checking out.

Get this: One the product page, it's listed at $19.99 BC, but when you add it to your cart, it's comes up as $17.99. After Edge and CAG15, it drops to $13.49, which, if we stopped right there, would be a hell of a deal for the game and the Guncon. But it just so happens to be eligible for the $5 Pricegrabber rebate, which brings the final total down to a rediculous $8.49. And it would have been mine, too, had I been just a few seconds faster.

Oh well. I'll be keeping an eye out for it from now on.
They're valuable for the exact reason you mentioned: collector's value alone. There's nothing special about them at all, compared to other versions, but for completist collectors, they're quite valuable.
fwiw, the sealed versions of re2 and re3 for gamecube can be had for $20 + shipping on ebay. why anyone would pay a similar amount to ebgames for a used copy is beyond me.

Good point gotta watch for these things, the only reason may be that EB credit is play money . . . I bought PO Burnout 3 for $13.50 but could get it new for $15 at BB . . . but my credit is always gotten at 50% of its value. B3 for $7 is a deal :)
Saying they sent you a $350 check is misleading, especially when you didn't even get anything back yet. At least now I know what to expect (post cards), I'm mailing out like 40 or so tomorrow.
Well, I apologize for using the singular instead of the plural, but the point I was trying to make was that preowned games are valid for the deal, and I don't see how it changes that.
There was a new copy the other day... I got one.
Everytime I order a "new" PS1 game from EB, they always wind up canceling it =/. I really wanted Jigsaw Madness dammit!
$7.99 B/C

These are easily two of the best sports games on the GBC. The RPG aspect adds a lot to the game's replay, and the game engines themselves are very well done.

Heck, Mario Tennis plays just like its N64 big brother.

I need to get myself a copy of Tetris or Tetris DX before I leave for school. Shame those haven't dropped in price lately...
KOF 95 is back in stock at $7.99

http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/product/133451.asp

I got mine on Monday and it's an amazing 8-bit adaption of the Neo Geo game and controls almost flawlessly.
If you enjoy that one, Pick up a Neo Geo Pocket Color. Almost all of the fighters on there are amazingly well done. Especially the Last Blade.
Not a tremendous deal, but Ghosthunter is instock at $17.99 bc

http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/product/243424.asp

I just pulled the trigger on it . . . sorta hesitated . . . anyone know of a better deal (other than Gamefly?)
Yeah, I'm interested myself, but $17.99 is a little above my just-click-it threshold. Really enjoyed Primal, and I would love to give this game a shot, but $12.99 is more my speed (b/c of course).

If you liked Primal then (if you haven't) you should give Soul Reaver 2 a try and it's only 7.99 b/c

I've been waiting and watching but have a feeling that this one is going to be more like Metal Slug 3 . . . the supply just isn't there to drive the price down.

So, for $14 (less than $7 in my out-of-pocket cost considering what I get for my tradeins) . . . I think it is time.

That said, it will likely be $10 new in a few weeks (just to spite me)

I got some games I ordered last Friday, today. The Prehistorik Man GBA preowned I ordered looks to be brand new except for one small sticker, not too bad! Only 1/4 of my PS1 games were complete...although everything was decent condition. Now I'm only waiting for those amazing GBC cases, haha!

25% is about right for me . . . but if you're getting games for $2 its worth a shot.

The Klonoa PS1 ($15) I ordered came mint and complete!

I got one GBA game (Ghouls and Ghosts) that came complete!

My order for Cy Girls came (6.50 after tax and pricegrabber has $5 rebate) and it didn't have the original case and it's a two disk game! Not only that but one disk was a blockbuster rental. How it got mixed and matched I have no clue.

I hope it comes back in stock so I can check local EB's to see if they have the game. I hate that about their website, if the game's out of stock then the whole page disappears.

Plenty of nice stuff still out there... Thousand Arms, Ultimate Qix, Toe Jam and Earl 2, Valis III, maybe another Genesis game or two.

Someone explain to me how Evolution Snowboarding for the Gamecube sold out at $45 used when it can easily be hard for less than $15 on Ebay.
What is this stuff? Stuff that has been dropped to a really low price or something?

Noob question probably, spare me.
This thread is for people who follow the daily changes in the stock of EBGAMES.COM . . . particularly used games.

With codes, one can get 25% off the listed prices (with EDGE card) and free shipping.

We are looking for deals (low price listings) and semi-rare or hard to get games . . .

The other key element is that EB updates their site all-at-once early in the morning. Particularly good deals or rare items go very quickly after update and we share info on what's available.

Also, if you have store credit at EB, this is a perfect way to maximize it.

Thousand Arms: $19.99
http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/product/166089.asp

Ultimate Qix: $5.99
http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/product/119504.asp

Valis III: $5.99
http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/product/119180.asp

Mega Bomberman: $5.99
http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/product/118927.asp

Toe Jam and Earl 2: $5.99
http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/product/118007.asp

I would suggest buying Ultimate Qix, its one of the rarer Genesis games there are. I ordered that, and Thousand Arms. My copy of Ultimate Qix's label is damaged, and my empty case and manual for Thousand Arms finally have a disc.

Not a bad morning haul, picked up games I've never seen in the snes area, Space ace and toys for 2 bucks b/c and sim city 2000 which I didn't even know was made for the snes.
