Whos fault is it? You should be perfectly alert and awake at 7 in the morning. ;-)

Though you would think it would be for PSX with the PSX logo at the top, the "Trade in Playstation" in the middle, and where it says "Playstation" on the games cover.
 
waking up at 5:45 was rough....I had 2 beers tonight and just about passed out at the bar....but I've got my $11 copy of FF3(after credit and discounts) and Illusion of Gaia....it was all worth it!!! *forehead slams into the keyboard*
 
The morning I break down and buy a copy of Lunar 2 here...I walk into Game Stop later that day and find a complete copy for the same price.

What bad luck, huh? =P

just return the one you ordered from the website.
 
ordered 3 ps1 games. all are uncomplete. paid less than 2.00 on each game. but still, i wish the chances were a bit better. so far i've gotten like 1 out of 15 complete.

It is a crapshoot . . . I'm running about 25-30% complete out of maybe 25 ordered ( I did get a mint complete Klonoa!)

They still have 14, I suspect they got a whole load of these from somewhere. Mine came complete (two discs) and minty.

What bad luck, huh? =P[/QUOTE]I was worried about the same thing happening with Lunar 1. I was about to take my chances and order it, but I figured I'd check a local B&M Gamestop first. Sure enough they had a good copy there... not "complete" per se but it did have the soundtrack (which was the only "extra" I was really concerned about anyway). Plus the GS one was only $29.99, which would have been the A/C price if I got it on EB.

Ahhh anyway I hope you can return yours or something. Actually I just noticed mine did not come with a manual. I'll just go back to the store with the game and receipt and ask if they have one.

I didn't even think about checking around for it - I just bought it on a whim. I probably should have though when it comes to this, heh.

But, I figure I can either return or hawk one of the copies I now have - it would be nice to have a little extra EB update money to spend. ^_^

Thanks. I knew it only worked with used games, I just haven't purchased anything from EB in about 4 months.

I am enjoying it, but if I had paid $50 straight up for it as opposed to $45 in giftcard, I might be a bit more letdown. The defense is really crappy, as is the running (you can't choose who runs - they either all go or no one goes). But it has an awesome party game appeal with 4-player baseball and some cool mini-games and fun 1-player RPGish (well, it has a world map, that counts as RPG, right? ;P) mode that I am just getting into.

For $30-$35, I would be pretty happy but $50 is a bit much for too many annoyances. Then again, Goomba making his bat look like a penis when he charges up and being able to use the Hammer Bros in all their different forms in a baseball game is kick ass!

So conflicted! XD
