WTF I got a Frickin chicken chabatta Sandwich at Jack N the Box today and there was a 1 cm long metal tin foil (like in those aluminum foil trays) in the sandwich. $#^#$$@ ERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that crap is dangerous D!: So far I've reported it to the LA health dept and Jack N the Box corportate. I sure hope they don't do that anymore -_-...
 
That beats finding a finger in the Wendy's Chili.

Oh, that was planted, by some stupid, money-hungry, bitch.

Which location, so I can stay away?

the sandwich itself was pretty enjoyable until I found the piece of metal from chewing, At first I thought it was my imagination so I decided to chew some more and bam I felt it, at first I thought it was a chicken bone but boy was I suprised. I didn't get cut at all I don't think. I hope there wasn't anything too unsanitary on that piece of metal or any more smaller metal pieces I might have accidentaly swallowed o_O..... I really don't understood why I finished the sandwich after that, maybe it's cuz I only had 1/6 left of it to go but yeah it didn't taste real good after that =(
 
yeah well i used to work at a little ceasars pizza place that had alot of broken equipment they used and there was always pieces of metal faling into the dough... they could get shut down for using broken equipment - they always hid the broken stuff whenever they got inspected - you can't really trust any fast food chains now-a-days, good luck!!!

Aye, I just hope they fix the damn problem so I can goto that Jack N the box with no problems o_O. I feel a bit pissed about the whole thing but I don't want to be one of "those people" who goes crazy, contacts the media and starts yelling bloody murder suit -_-...

On another note thier Breakfast burrito is damn small lol. Thier other breakfast sandwiches are nice though :)
 
did you at least complain to the JiB you bought the sandwich at? so that way they might be more careful next time you decide to go there. and maybe get a free meal..

Apparently so, because the one that used to be downtown was shut down quite a few years ago by the health department. Something about how they left their meat out in un-sanitary places. The building was later occupied by Carl's Jr. Nobody I've known has said anything good about that JiB.

I have a special sauce story, albeit not from JiB.

On one episode of MXE, they rode bikes shaped like blue whales downa curvy path. At one point in the race, a blast of foamy stuff would shoot out of the ground, and Vic would say, "And there's a nice warm blast of Shamu goo!" Well, there's a hole-in-the-wall chinese place that we used to eat at, that featured a seafood platter consisting of krab, chicken, and shrimp. It was all held together by a creamish sauce that looked like spooge. Since the dish was seafood, and covered in jizz material, we took to call the sauce 'Shamu goo'. Also, whenever a restaurant coveres something in sauce, my dad says it's covered in 'jizzmalak'. :lol:

Meh... Subway has gone way down hill ever since about 7 years ago. I don't know why, I just stopped liking how everything tasted.
 
Actually I'd have to agree with the subway comment. I think i'll be going there for now on, or quiznos (despite the damn talking baby). I consulted with a friend I really have no legal case unless I swallowed it and actual harm occured. I just hope corporate and the LA Health dept takes the matter seriously and this crap doesn't happen again -_-
 
I've found shotgun pellets in cheeseburgers from Mcdonalds 3 different times. I cracked a tooth on one of them.

Ah well, if I wanted quality...I'd pay for quality.

Quit being such a drama queen. You act like JBox has been planning some diabolical scheme to put tin foil in burgers and you have single handedly uncovered the evil plot. It's not like they intentionally put it there (unless there was a disgruntled employee involved, in which case I'm sure they would be a little more discreet), so I don't know why you are so fixated on the "this better not happen again" line. They didn't want it to happen in the first place!. I love how everyone is always so eager to file a lawsuit over anything, when no harm even came of it.

Well Jack's office called back and looks like they want me to mail them the metal thingy so they can look into the matter (good thing they're taking it somewhat seriously) and you've guessed it! wooo food certificates. Wouldn't it be funny if the next Jack n the box meal I get has metal in it too ;)?
