On the next episode of GGT 242 find out who voices Snake in MGSV!
What haven't you played BlazBlue 360 with me?
I'd be up for that sometime, I probably will do worse in that then I did in Marvel though since it's been a while since I played. But I will definitely play more if people want to play it. I'm also thinking about picking up Darkstalkers on 360 since it's on sale and I picked up some points from the MS store.

Do it.
It's a great game (though you should have it on PS3 to play with the majority of the GGT :p) and it will help shut Sven up about the sales #s.
nice thread title
I figured you would be a fan! I had something a little different but changed it to this since I liked how it sounded better.

Yeah, I know most of the GGT is on PS3 but some of my buddies might be getting it on 360 as well and it's $10 bucks along with that $15 for $5 microsoft point thing that was going on it ends up being a little over 3 dollars and that's a good deal. Maybe someday it will be uber cheap on PS3 or on PS+ as well!

GUNNM, lookit.
Holy fuck I have to buy that and not because of the alert symbol (which doesn't even make sense as its the guards who that not big boss)

If I buy three will hayter be the voice of snake?

How long until that is out? where do I find info? I need to start saving

Player characters have totally had the exclamation point appear overhead before. Either way, looking for game design canon in action figures is gonna lead to a bad time.

Comes with so much shit though. Assault rifle, handgun, stun rod, a shit ton of hands and a "ZZZZ" sleeping emote...thing too. His eye even moves, apparently.

Link?
Anyone in here own Sleeping Dogs on PC?
I might have a couple extra codes for bits of the DLC.
I own it.

Still haven't played it beyond the demo though...I need to do that.

Hey Lux, if you see this, Soul Sacrifice is going to be $30 at Best Buy next week, I'm thinking about picking it up and were wondering if you were still interested in it or if you already got it?

Free DLC came out yesterday -- 2 new bosses, 1 new black rite, maybe more.

Skype tomorrow, anyone? I asked Mikey and he said he'll be there. I miss you guys.

Also, thanks for the DLC Frosty!

So, that next Damsel in Distress video came out. Sigh.

I don't get how she's going to rip on Hotline Miami for being a male power trip cliche when the entire game is battling that. It's like she doesn't even play games.
They're great. I get em for every PS3 controller that comes through the house.
Glad to hear it. Someone had recommend some in this thread before, and I wasn't sure if it was these.

I was sold by the solid reviews on Amazon, and that it also came with the caps for the sticks as I have issues with my thumbs slipping off the sticks sometimes when playing shooters.

So if I walk through your house with my PS3 controller you'll give me some?

Yeah, I vastly refer the 360 controller as real triggers are just better for shooters (racing games too, but I don't play many of those anymore), and with the offset sticks (with convex tops) my thumbs slide off less often. Hoping this trigger add ons and stick caps help.

I tried a 3rd party PS3 controller that had the 360 stick/button layout (think it was called the Raven or something like that)--but it had big dead zones in the sticks, the buttons sucked etc.
Xbox installs real triggers with every one of their controllers.
power to the players
Shame they don't install real d-pads or real shoulder buttons while they're at it. :bouncy:

Yeah, the 360 d-pad is awful. I seldom play anything that uses the d-pad for more than something like switching weapons though.

Never had a problem with the 360 shoulder buttons though. They seem pretty similar to those on the DS to me.

The Xbox One controller looks great--but I'm very wary of the DRM, Kinect required etc. PS4 controller doesn't look changed enough to make much of a difference in my opinion of it from the DS3.

Thread title, guess I better get moving. Currently playing MGS2 for the first time (really the 3rd but first until the end). Think I'm at the last boss fight. Yeah me for finally going back to this to see it to the end. VITA suspend mode is my friend for long ass cut scenes.

Dane Cook is the new voice of Solid Snake. Because Konami is under the impression that he's hip...

If you think MGS 2 has long cut scenes (which it doesn't) don't play MGS 4

We've been having a discussion about this in the PS4 thread. It's a nice feature, but I don't think it'll spur sales. You really want to pay $250 for that on top of whatever a PS4 is going to cost?

Well seeing as you can find a vita in AWD for around $140-180 I would be totally interested.

That is if PS4 doesn't charge a fee on used games then I'm totally skipping this generation of gaming.

Me too! Used game fees or I'm out!

I doubt I would. I really don't have any interest in playing console games on a tiny screen instead of my 55" TV.

3DS I can deal with as I want to play the occasional Nintendo franchise, but not enough to bother with a Wii U.

But I'm not going to diminish the experience of something like Uncharted 4 by playing on a tiny screen with tiny speakers (or head phones), instead of my big screen and surround sound set up.

But it is a useful feature for people who share their gaming TV with kids watching cartoons all the time etc. I guess (just like the Wii U tablet controller play feature).

I just need a way to trade in/sell games. As long as I can still do that I don't care about a used game fee as I don't buy things used personally. I did use Goozex a good bit, but it's pretty much dead at this point and just got to be too much hassle. I'd rather just buy things new (preferably on sale) and support the developers/publishers.

The game I noticed it first on was DMC4 with default controls. It's too thin and too plasticky (much like the face buttons, but those are less of a problem).

Something that just popped into my head: I think the CoD controls are reversed between consoles. With real triggers, I could flip it back and use the Dual Shock 3 with the 360 layout. I'd like to see someone comfortably use the Dual Shock 3 layout on a 360 controller.
No that's totally opposite of what I want.
But that's not what you said.

Way to make this conversation awkward.
