It says on the box up to 2 hours (which means 1 hour in the real world). Sorry, but this thing is a damn rip off.

cant you just buy a spare PSP battery and fully charge it instead for longer paly plus no need to throw away?

Well, some of us take flights longer than 6 hours (about two standard PSP battery lifes for me...I have a spare PSP battery as well but I've used this item a few times a a backup when I've forgot to recharge my PSP battery or on really long trips. But you can get even better deals on Ebay....someone is currently selling 10 of them for around $12 shipped (at the opening bid price).
