There's seems to be a lag between when they send the email and when the order actually shows-up under your account on the website.

I agree with the previous sentiment that when it comes to ordering physical console versions of games then Origin seems to be fine but their PC digital download client and service leaves much to be desired. (stick to Steam/GOG/Desura/whatever)
